This company sucks you in with displaying super low prices on hotels during your initial search. Once you click to reserve with them, the price goes up slightly (their excuse... fees and taxes), but it's not really enough to make you stop the transaction. Then you spend more time entering in personal information including a credit card for payment. You think you're almost to the finish line then... surprise! A message box pops up stating, we're sorry, but the previously offered price of $161 is no longer available and it's now $458. Really?!?!? No thanks.

Wide choice of hotels from luxury and exclusive hotels to guesthouses & hostels. I am mid range hotel guest, appreciate their hotel review feature cause from the beginning you can easily imagine what cons the place has as usually exactly these things can brake your trip mood
So far so good:)The website was very user friendly and clear with the charges and cancellation policies. The plus is that it was much cheaper than booking straight through the hotel's website or any other booking platform. As for the Customer Care, they are doing their job tirelessly, but it's impossible to get someone on hold. Probably, it's for better right now as people are in panic but I would prefer to speak to a real representative once the chaos is passed.
I have stayed at the Abel Tasman Motel in Launceston Tasmania for approx 3 years & booked most of the time. It was a special news for me to find your gem website. Now I am paying less for the same services.

Almost all hotels and travel companies are working with travelers to credit or refund cancellations due to the pandemic. Pleased to see that your company is following the standards even though you are smaller than other giants.

I paid for this hotel booking in February 2020 and through no fault of my own (Covid 19) the booking should be cancelled. At first I thought that your advice to contact you 7 days before the travel date was a trick but I followed and was refunded.

I was unsure I would receive a refund for my stay. But as I had to cancel due to the current global climate I hedged my bets. At a time like this I think it is great that you are offering refunds to your staff with no confusion or complication. I live overseas and was on a once in a lifetime trip to Italy this year and there's no way I will be travelling anywhere. I highly appreciate that your voucher allows me to book any other hotel and not being limited with Italy!

Anna helped me out with my booking. She updated me throughout the process and it was really easy. I use boosted services many times before. Anna is extremely nice and helpful and always communicates with you well. These guys do it the best!
Helen helped us quickly and efficiently in a situation that we were certain was going to end badly. Thanks to Helen's help our trip to Aberfeldy was saved and my opinion of nustay, which had plummeted initially, had soared back upwards.

With everything going on with the COVID-19 virus all airlines and hotels have to give out refunds to travelers. My flight got cancelled because of this but I was still denied a refund on my hotel room because it was non-refundable at the time of my purchase. This is unacceptable and I will not being booking any future stays with your website.
I do not understand why this happened.
I paid for two nights stay, but only received one night stay.

The content of the reply was fine & my rating is not a reflection of Ivana's response. However, by the time I received the response, the hotel was booked & I was not able to take an advantage of the deal.
I do understand how a price for a hotel can change. This is not the top website sertvice, at least I now can pay a higher price by link. I am not certain if I am goinf to use your service again but the communication was fast and smooth.
I have already paid for 12 feb since I needed a place to stay. If i can now get a refund that would be the ideal solution. Please keep me informed on any progress.
