Once you click to reserve with them, the price goes up slightly (their excuse... fees and taxes), but it's not really enough to make you stop the transaction. Then you spend more time entering in personal information including a credit card for payment. You think you're almost to the finish line then... surprise! A message box pops up stating, we're sorry, but the previously offered price of $161 is no longer available and it's now $458. Really?!?!? No thanks.

Rip off! Suck you in with supposedly good prices and then pull the bait and switch. Switch the price when you book. Switch your room type to a more expensive room. Add fees when it says no fees. Total scam site. Do not use them! Or you will be sorry!
My Hotel agreed to cancel and apply no penalty to Nustay.com, they have this in writing and yet refuse to provide a refund, my trip must cancel due to the US travel ban, I have no choice there.
If they keep your money in these extreme circumstances then they are capable of anything, avoid avoid, use Hotels.com or booking.com who respect the customer more.
Ignore at your peril, this company will not survive with the lousy attitude and borderline cheating of client funds.
As soon as I entered my details in the checkout, a popup came up and told me the rate was no longer available. The price went up to the same price everyone else charges. Amazing that they are allowed to continue doing business.
Not happy with the service. I assume any hotel would refund in this current scenario(coronavirus) where all the offices and businesses have been closed. Not sure why they strictly refuse saying its as per the cancellation policy, that they are not providing any refunds.
Horrible company. Their price changed a lot and they even changed the date you chose. After I received the reservation confirmation, I realised that the date isn't the date I have chosen. Since I can not modified the reservation, I have contact the hotel directly, I'm still waiting for the hotel's decision how to deal with this situation. Please stay away from this website, they should be put in jail!
The original quote was $58.00. Your company should not change the price after you put it on-line for a different price! That is called a scam. To imply that I am not smart enough to understand taxes and fees is just emplorable! This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with when booking a hotel! Cheaper is definitely not better in this case! My review of your company will say as much. Not to be trusted!
Not a reliable site. Be very careful and use reputable sites. We got burnt using this site. They confirmed our order but not our booking? Who does that. Every reputable site will only send you a confirmation of booking.

Since my mother wanted to carry on with the trip to Paris, it was a great asset that we could keep the booking with you. We enjoyed the stay and your kind attention to our reservation even though we didn't cancel it at the end.
This site is a joke. It shows cheap prices but as soon as you enter card info and select "book and pay" it says, Just kidding! That $112 room is now $521. Do you still want it?
I could stay at a LUXURY hotel suite for that price, so ummm... NO. I don't want a single room at this basic motel for $521.

I tried to cancel my hotel booking today, as it is the last day free cancellation.
The hotel had not been paid and agreed to cancel with no charge as long as it was Nustay and their partners that did the cancellation.
The hotel even gave me the code.

Camilla went far above and beyond my expectations by helping my girlfriend and me in a pinch during the holidays. After visiting family in another state, our trip back home was delayed by a winter storm. Despite our booking at the Tru by Hilton North Platte through Nustay was non-refundable and non-exchangeable, she made multiple phone calls on our behalf, eventually convincing Hilton to allow us to move our stay back two days at no extra charge. I've used nustay for the first time and I've received my booking confirmation in seconds for a last minute stay. Then I called them to request some extra details and I've received their reply within a few minutes.
It's funny to see that I made a mistake in dates as I rarely make any kind of those, so it was sp right of you to provide me the evidence of that. My apologies for my previous behaivor. I bet it's not easy for you to work with people and all mentality differences... As per the title, this company refuses to refund despite the hotels policy to refund to ALL customers.
Avoid, avoid, avoid, this is a global pandemic, unscrupulous behaviour, genuinely hope they tank.
