Alex never failed to answer every question. He followed-up with me via email over the course of six weeks. Alex was persistent in achieving my request, collecting additional funds and confirming a future stay.
This company sucks you in with displaying super low prices on hotels during your initial search. Once you click to reserve with them, the price goes up slightly (their excuse... fees and taxes), but it's not really enough to make you stop the transaction. Then you spend more time entering in personal information including a credit card for payment. You think you're almost to the finish line then... surprise! A message box pops up stating, we're sorry, but the previously offered price of $161 is no longer available and it's now $458. Really?!?!? No thanks.
We were very pleased with the service as the agent made sure, that our booking options possible matching our needs and they were very communicative and followed up to secure bookingt at the best price possible. We can definitely recommend this online platform.

Not 5+ service as there is no way of speaking to a live agent when I have time. But as your specialist called me back as I requested on the email and they were professionals in terms of telephone etiquette and awarenevess of their product and dixed the problem, 5 star is a considered review of the assistance I got
The support, the response time, the clear well articulated comunication have all been great. As someone new to your service i would have liked to be able to have actually spoken to someone on the phone. I couldn't find the confirmation email that had been sent for my booking so I emailed to ask for advice, I received a reply within 2 minutes of my email being sent and the customer service was great; I wasn't messed about or questioned, they sent me the confirmation again without a fuss. Definitely recommend, thank you.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, all the ski resorts were closing. So I tried to cancel our hotel booking with nustay.com. However, they did not give any money or even credit back for cancelling the booking. On the other hand, hotels.com gave a full refund for a nonrefundable rate during the same trip.
It is not acceptable that I'm told that the rate is no longer available, just after receiving a first e-mail mentioning there was no issue.
This was my first try with Nustay... and my last one.
Other plateforms do not have such problems.

Our event in New York City was canceled due to the Corona Virus and I reached out to Nustay eight days before the event and the cut off was 12 hours previous and they refused to give any credit or refund any money!
Do not go through a third-party go directly to a hotel to book!
If we went right to the hotel we could've cancel 24 hours before not nine days!

I do think you should be more competitive, though, with not having a NO REFUND policy to make customers feel more at ease dealing with a relatively new business. That negative element may prevent me from dealing with you in the future despite good employees like Mary.

I wrote a negative review on 20th March as Nustay had refused to change of date on our stay in Rome for June, Since then Tatiana got in touch with me and after explaining everything to her, she managed to change dates of our stay for next year. Nustay also absolved all extra costs. So a big thank you to Tatiana.
To the everyone affected by the Nustay´s bait and switch unfair commercial practices (me included), you can file a small claim form
And be liable for up to a EUR 5000 compensation by filling out Regulation No. 861/2007 form on the european court website. This is what I an gonna do, as such decieving practices are unacceptable.

When booking lodging for a trip to El Paso, Texas I mistakenly used Nustay!
I requested (and paid for) a King size bed in a NON SMOKING room. Upon arrival and check in we were informed the room was a "smoking" room and had 2 dbl beds. To add to the problem, the clerk advised us they had no other room available. Bad experience. Never use this company again.
The government have issued travel bans for all but essential travel due to coronavirus, so we couldn't make it to our booked hotel and Nustay won't issue a refund. Nustay Hotels have zero compassion, humanity or ethics and hide behind thier policies to hold on to our money and not issue a refund in the face of a national disaster. Disgusting! Avoid like the plague!

Please take note of recent reviews - this company tries to dodge refunds at every opportunity. Hotel booked through Nustay - Coronavirus meant the hotel was closed. Contacted Nustay who said that no refund would be forthcoming. Contacted the hotel who replied that no one would be charged (including Nustay). Forwarded their email to Nustay with proof of cancelled flights - was told refund would be processed. A month passed - no refund - contacted Nustay again who replied that refund would be in my bank account 7-14 days. Still no refund so emailed Nustay again and was offered a voucher instead as a refund would now take at least 90 days!
This company should be avoided - every email from Nustay is from a different person, and they seem to be doing all they can to string customers along to avoid refunds. Will never use Nustay again.

Because I tried booking and it didn't say one way or another if it went thru so because of the price I tried again... now you guys booked 2 rooms when I only needed 1... and the hotel is empty so it's not as if the rooms are in high demand either... please IMMEDIATELY regund one of the bookings... I've booked a hotel room with Nustay; but the city where the hotel is, is on lockdown, so I can't utilize my booking. Despite the advance notice to Nustay, and explaining to them the circumstance, they won't refund my payment. You hear nothing from them but pushbacks and no's. I'll never book with Nustay again!
While trying to make a reservation, I received a notice that the hotel was no longer available then when I made a reservation I received an Email that the Hotel would not honor the rate please call you at *******093 and when It was answered I was told (by a recording) to just email you. I certainly would rank your service as deplorable.
