Alex never failed to answer every question. He followed-up with me via email over the course of six weeks. Alex was persistent in achieving my request, collecting additional funds and confirming a future stay.
This company sucks you in with displaying super low prices on hotels during your initial search. Once you click to reserve with them, the price goes up slightly (their excuse... fees and taxes), but it's not really enough to make you stop the transaction. Then you spend more time entering in personal information including a credit card for payment. You think you're almost to the finish line then... surprise! A message box pops up stating, we're sorry, but the previously offered price of $161 is no longer available and it's now $458. Really?!?!? No thanks.
Thanks for double-checking, guys, otherwise I would have booked more rooms than needed. Can't imagine what a headache it'd have been for both sides to fix it
I have tried to book multiple times via Nustay, routed through the Google Maps hotel search. However, on 4 different occasions (I have screen shots as proof), the price that was quoted ends up CHANGED and the new "updated" price when I am trying to check out is often hundreds of dollars higher. This is AFTER I enter credit card information and my email information. I am incredibly suspicious their deals are a scam to get information from us.
Do not trust this company. They are professional scam artists who are out to just rob your money.
I'd never heard of them before and took the gamble and guess what - I lost money and I didn't get the hotel reservation. Waste of time and money. So in the effort to save money, by trusting this company, I ended up paying double. STAY AWAY - I advice you please do not trust them.
Emailed them and they sometimes didn't reply for nearly two weeks. When they do reply, they just make excuses and ask you to jump through hoops for no good reason. It's really really bad customer service. They will also try to obtain copies of your ID so be careful because they do this very swiftly telling you they need to confirm your ID.
They won't give me head office or company director details. They don't have a UK phone number or head office so forget about calling them. I'm now pursuing this with The Office of Fair Trading and I have contacted my bank to dispute their charges.
Please please please stay away from this company.

In the midst of this COVID crisis and being in a travel ban, Nustay's response is: "well COVID isn't affecting everyone so that sucks that it's affecting you. Maybe you should have gotten trip insurance when you booked with us."
