I placed an order and paid including shipping and then I get an email about extra charges, not only that, they took these charges out of my account, without asking me. I had very little money in my bank so this stung. I sent them emails that they haven't replied to as yet, and yet they replied to the review defending themselves, and im still not sure if I'm getting my product, which was a product to maintain my health.

How is it that Nutriessentials.com shows a product as available, take your money and when you reach out to them after 10 day and have not received tracking info on your order, they tell you that the item is not in stock. Even till this date, the website still shows it as in stock. I contacted them to ask for a refund and they tell me they will give me store credit. Why would I buy from a company that does not deliver and has such shady practices? Buyers beware, do not shop here as they will take your money and ignore you.
I purchased a product May 18th. They told me that it had been shipped. I kept asking for the tracking number. Then they told me that in fact the product was out of stock. Some days later, a different agent sent me a shipping number, May 31st, but the USPS tracking number has not shown any movement since June 3. I have repeatedly asked for a refund. I wrote a review for the Better Business Bureau, which they refuted, and the Better Business Bureau investigated and substantiated my claim. Do not buy from them.

If I could have left zero stars I would have. I am still waiting 5 months later for a supplement I ordered in January of 2024 and we are in May. After many attempts to contact them, they make excuse after excuse for not being able to respond. I wanted a refund and they stopped answering my emails. They do not let you add comments on Instagram because they know it will be full of negative feedback.
I work hard for my money. Although it was only 70 dollars and not more that I spent, they stole it. I didn't get what I ordered and they are running and skipping all the way to the bank because I was stupid enough to not so my research about this lie of a company.

I ordered some Wobenzyme N, waited and never received so I reached out and was told they won't be in until late April, in the meantime I found elsewhere to purchase the product. I reached out for a refund and that is where I'm at now. Very poor communication still no refund numerous emails about how they are reviewing my case, very very hard to work with. I will not use again. They seem to be an overseas company do be very careful if you do business with them. I highly recommend you do not.

After 10 days without any news, I contacted the customer service again and they explained that my products were not available. I was then offered a refund or to choose other products. I immediately asked for a refund which I am still waiting for 4 months later.
Customer service told me several times that my refund was in process. But I never received anything and the support ended up not answering me anymore. I am desperate about this situation. The amount of money stolen is huge for me.

I purchased a product back in April and we are in July and I keep getting promises and excuses after another. It is ridiculous how they are still claiming to be wanting to make things right with expedited shipping and nothing. I am disputing them and there is no doubt they are a fraud. Customer support have just given me the run around by email when I have asked for proof my order has shipped. Worst of all they haven't offered to give me a refund. I have asked twice by email for a refund and am yet to receive it. Appalling customer service that poor communication with new customers.

Update: they did refund my money, after emailing them I was filing a complaint with the bbb and would be leaving reviews all over the internet, the product I purchased still shows it's available on the website when it clearly is not and hasn't been for some time. They also called me several times asking me to remove this review and had several excuses as to why they never delivered the product or refunded my money. The person handling my order no longer works there/they didn't have my email address. I am just thankful I did get my money back.
I found this site when I was looking for a supplement that was/is currently hard to find because of it's immune support properties. So, when it showed that one of these products were in stock, I ordered several. After waiting several weeks without receiving anything or any emails from them, I sent them an email. Two days later I got a response that the product was on back order and would be coming in the end of the month (Oct.) and shipped in order of orders received. Towards the end of Nov., still nothing, I sent them another email, this time i haven't gotten a response. I also made the mistake of placing another order with them that day that hasn't come. They also have billed me for products that I haven't received. I sent them another letter today, who knows if they'll respond?

I placed a pretty large order and received it. It finally all came in. My patrons came for their appointments and were muscle tested for the specific items ordered for them. Only 1 of the clients was totally compatible with what was ordered for them. So about half the order is waiting on a call to help through the process of sending back.
I marvel when ther is always someone ready tontake ones money, but no concern for helping out when there are issues concerning returns.
I also was notified by Health Concerns that Phellistatin is now available and wanted to get that in exchange for some of these items that are not compatible with my clients. And I am not sure why as I muscle test strong for the ones I need and have 2 clients that muscle test strong, while the rest do not and it is harder on the body to take something not compatible as taking nothing at all for the issues.
None of the containers have been opened or had the plastic seal broken as opening is not necessary for muscle testing so I would like to get this cleared up and I have them in a container awaiting a resentative to help me reverse this process.

When you purchase something online- you expect to be at some certain guidelines established to be a decent amount of service. Unfortunately, it seems to be less and less the case today with many businesses. We ordered a very common supplement that we have ordered on another website. WE thought it would be no big deal to order it on this website even though it was not one I was familiar with currently. We purchased it on 2/17 and our credit card was charged the next day. However, we never have received the product and it is March 15th which no update. I inquired a week ago through their email and also through their own website contact form and told them if it is not even processed cancel the order. We had no response.
We have not heard anything about shipping except for the picture I will put down below which asks you to download an app to track your shipping- but it looks it has not been shipped (even though they charged the account). I assume they are selling your information to another 3 rd party so you can track your package that is their responsibility. I wish this could be not as common as it seems to be getting and seems to be at the least poor customer service and at the most - fraud with taking your money and no product received. I understand that things may take a couple of weeks but after a month an ignoring our efforts to follow up-- is there a problem?
I do appreciate this site for its ability to give honest comments and reviews of when this happens to share with consumers to beware of sites like these. I wish I would have checked more on this because I may be next writing the BBB. However, I did take off stars for the fact I did not receive a response until I wrote a review and that they did not respond to my emails for weeks after I complained and asked them to cancel. I did get the product elsewhere so I now have extra. I do give credit for them trying to help and apologize. I did want to update this review accordingly because I do believe we need to be honest and give second chances. Thank you for my product and if you would like to give them a chance- I would make sure they have your product in stock before paying for it. It seems there may be a problem with this and the customer service 1) not answering emails and 2) only have an answering machine with their number. :)
