The fact that they send my products directly from manufacture with latest expiration date and fast free shipping for me is essential since I am ordering supplements and do not want them to be stored incorrectly. Nutriessential has no intention of fulfilling your order. I placed an order April 9,2023 and after 7 emails requesting tracking info, was finally provided tracking info that was fraudulent, and not for my package at all. They now won't respond or offer any assistance, and will not process a refund.

Nutriessential.com have great service and really effective supplements! Love these guys! I order from them on a regular basis and I always get my products within 2 days. Somehow I feel obligated to compliment these guys for all their help.

Ordered $76.50 product. After no correspondence and no product received after 3 weeks I inquired. Was offered a completely different product, which was much cheaper than what I originally purchased, and in no way comparable in terms of ingredients/dosage. I politely declined and asked about the original product ordered. The customer service team informed there is no way to estimate when this product may be back in stock and absolutely no way to estimate when it might be shipped. So I waited for it to arrived. After more than a month with no product I reached out again and asked for a refund. Emails ignored. I have followed up more than 10 times and I either get no response or offered a completely different (cheaper, not comparable) product. It's now over 2 months since the original order was placed... no response, no product, no refund. Filed and complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be calling the company every day to escalate this matter. Completely unacceptable.

I buy Pure Encapsulations and Douglas labs from nutriessential.com and i always get my products in two days, Nutriessential always pay my shipping. I also recommend you to take advantage of their VIP discount code for extra discount. Overall, i have been a very satisfied customer with them.

On Dec 7,2019 I rec'd an order from Nutriessential. I had ordered three of one expensive product to use over the next six months. Sadly the expiry date on the boxes was 12/19. Ie. I was sent products with imminent expiry dates. I talked to John at Nutriessential who promised to send replacements. I never rec'd them, and could never reach the company again. I left at least five phone messages over ten days and sent several emails. Very unprofessional. For on line ordering, customers rely on the company to send products with decent expiry dates. Furthermore, we rely on the company to follow up and correct their errors.

I sent them thousands of email at their support centre no one replied back after telling them that i need details how to return.
They just waited just to pass that 1 month return policy.
Not recommend for anyone. I lost my more than 700$ cad.

Company posted an item for sale that was D/C and not actually available. They charged132.00 (Canadian) and after several requests for a refund are not complying. They keep recycling pre written emails from their customer service lady Victoria Miller, wanting to substitute to completely different products then saying my request for full refund is being escalated. It's been almost 1 month and they keep recycling the same emails to me every few days and no refund. I do not recommend dealing with this company!
Update after writing review: I wrote Victoria one last e-mail after posting the review, mentioning that upon reading some similar reviews that they, in short, may not be a real company and they could prove me wrong by refunding my credit card. Grateful for the refund but no one should have to go through this experience with a company.

I waited 2 weeks for my pre workout and once I received it the seal was completely burned and damaged. I emailed the company several times with no help whatsoever. It's been one week and I'm still waiting for a solution. Completely unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Have had the most horrible experience with this company. First I didn't receive any shipping details re my order. After emailing them on the daily basis I finally manage to get the shipping details. After that it's been weeks and I still havnt received my order till now. It's going to be a month. I order a lot of supplements from other websites which are promptly shipped and delivered I shall never order anything from this company again

I love the chocolate shakes! I add a few extra ingredients and make them even better and more filling. I have to email support a couple of times during checkout and it was super fast I getting back to me. I recommend the vanilla flavor because you can mix it with so many different things and change your flavor.

Ordered $ 150 worth of products on October 5th 2019. Never received anything, was promised a refund and never received. Good luck trying to actually talk to a human, they only have an answering machine for all their lines, and will only take a message.
