I placed an order and paid including shipping and then I get an email about extra charges, not only that, they took these charges out of my account, without asking me. I had very little money in my bank so this stung. I sent them emails that they haven't replied to as yet, and yet they replied to the review defending themselves, and im still not sure if I'm getting my product, which was a product to maintain my health.

Im not normally one to write reviews, as its impossible to know certain circumstances that can happen to hinder things on a businesses end, but this particular company is shocking. I read the reviews here and it seemed fairly mixed so I thought I'd give it a try, if your reading this and thinking the same, DO NOT attempt to but anything from these scammers. There has been NO contact about what is happening with my order, after almost three weeks no shipment notifications of any kind and zero response to emails enquiring about it. I am now trying to get them to refund the money but its a bit like trying to get blood from a stone as I still can't seem to get a reply.

I ordered on 8/6. I received an email that there was a manufacturer delay; ok understandable. But I wasn't expected it to be over a month with no anticipated date for the product communicated. Today is 9/9, no product received. I have requested a refund x3, still nothing. I'll never order probiotics from this company again! Buyer beware!

Terrible customer service! Do not try to buy anything from this site! I ordered, they took my payment and went radio silent for a month. No payment confirmation email or tracking info at all. I made many attempts to call and it just goes straight to voicemail. Then I contacted them via email, it tells you at this time you will get a response in 24 hours. I didn't hear anything for almost a week! When they finally did contact me in their email that told me not to write a bad review! Who are these people? Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely outraged by the customer service, the lack of communication, and the lacking sense of trust with this company! I had placed an order weeks ago. I received no confirmation of my order being worked on, no tracking information, or really anything from this company! I reached out on NUMEROUS occasions via phone call and email, even on their social media! I'm appalled at the quality of service this company provides. I have now on multiple attempts, requested a refund as I'm exhausted with receiving communication back. I'm hoping to not have to take this matter into any form of litigations.

I made a purchase on 1st May 2023 for $242. The product never arrived. After 2 months of chasing I requested a refund. The company responded once after 2 months, with one sentence stating "check with customs" zero care or onus on delivering the item or it being missing still at 2 months.
It is now 4th October - 5 months later - they refuse to respond and will not return my money or provide the item- I have provided proof of tracking showing the item was never delivered and that it was returned to them by customs. They will not respond - please don't be conned and trust this company- they are a SCAM COMPANY and will STEAL your money!
I am reporting to trading standards but devastated to have lost this money when I cannot afford it

I ordered a 90 tablet bottle of a dietary supplement from the company's website but received only a 30 tablet supply. I contacted the company via voice mail and chat box. Within one hour I received an email explaining that the manufacturer no longer provides 90 tablet bottles, just 30 tablet. The company shipped three 30 tablet bottles to match my original 90 tablet order that same day. Minus one for having a discontinued supply of the product on their website, plus 4 for service recovery. I will order from them again in the future.

I have placed a few orders during last 3 yrs. I have never had any issues with the quality or service but have never had to contact customer service. Always very easy transactions. They have a good selection of supplements that can't be found anywhere else.
Products are wonderful. I had an issue receiving my order... due to it being on back order. I contacted customer support and they offered me options to get something similar. I chose to wait on the particular product that I had ordered. Once I was notified that it had shipped... it seemed forever. I contacted customer service... they investigated... and stayed on it in order to find it... and the tracking information showed that the order had been lost by USPS. Customer Service did not rest until they got my order to me. They were wonderful. I will order again... and again...

I have messaged them so many times but they were not helpful at all. They told me they paid additional money for tracking information but next they said they do not have any tracking information. They always say "be patient, we are helping you with your problem" but they do not! They lied to me so many times now. I am sure I will never receive my order and I paid lots of money. This company has given me my worst-ever experience of buying online. They took an order and promised to ship at a certain date. I never heard from them again until I contacted them to find out why the order was not delivered as promised. They came up with several excuses about a "system maintenance" issue that prevented them from tracking the package. Then, six days after the promised delvery date, they came up with the truth: they were out of stock of the product. I have been asking for a full refund for five days now, with no reaction at all.

We also include backorder products in our shipping policy the following statement in our website: Some popular products can become on back-order the day we try to place them with manufacture so we will reserve them for you and once they become available you will be a priority in the waiting list to receive them and it will be shipped directly to you from the manufacture or their main distributor with expedite shipping. However anytime you wish not to wait for them then please notify us and we can cancel your order immediately and credit back your account.

I ordered five bottles of a supplement. They responded stating that they were on back order. I requested a refund. They somehow found three of the five bottles ordered and shipped them instead of providing the requested refund.They said they'd send the other two once in stock. Fast forward several months and I contact them again requesting a refund for the other two bottles. They responded saying it's been too long to refund and that they will send me the remaining two bottles instead. They clearly were neither going to send me the other two bottles that I paid for nor provide a refund without me getting in contact with them again (and our email chain was already extensive). The bottom line is that this company shouldn't take orders for inventory they don't have and then give the customer a challenging time about refunds and offering broken promises of future shipment of out of stock items.
I think everybody should blindly go for nutriessential.com if they wants a genuine products with an amazing discounts. Overall experience is amzing. I am using nutriessential.com from a long time. Also satisfied with 2 days delivery
