I placed an order and paid including shipping and then I get an email about extra charges, not only that, they took these charges out of my account, without asking me. I had very little money in my bank so this stung. I sent them emails that they haven't replied to as yet, and yet they replied to the review defending themselves, and im still not sure if I'm getting my product, which was a product to maintain my health.
Nutriessentials has a huge selection of supplements and vitamins for any health conscious person. Prices are very competitive and delivery of products comes very quickly with free shipping on qualifying orders.
I order most of my supplements stacks from Nutriesential.com because they have the high quality products that I have used for years. They ship immediately and are at my place in the same day. They also have very good customer service if there is a problem. I have referred several friends and family to use them.
They pretend to have supplements and the site looks legit. You pay for supplement, wait for it to ship, it doesn't. So you contact them. The runaround begins. The say item is out of stock, or backordered, just be patient or here try these items. The item in question will never be in stock, and you will never get any product.
If you ordered through them recently, go through your bank immediately and dispute the purchase, because you just got ripped off.

I ordered a $95 ocean mineral supplement from Nutriessential.com. They immediately charged my account. I emailed them after a few days to ask when the product would ship. They were unresponsive and didn't address my concerns. I emailed them every day for a full week all during business days and they never responded. I told them I would file a claim of fraud with my bank which I did and they still never responded. This company is fraudulent and should be shut down. I am going to take legal action (both brothers are attorneys) against them to prevent others from being scammed. BBB please help us shut this company down. Look how many others had the same problem. Lets do justice to these scammers who are taking peoples money and not fulfilling orders or responding to their emails, nor answering the phone. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

This is my 4th time using Nutriessential.com I love their products and I especially love the fact that they do vegan stuff as well. My physician sold me pure encapsulations EPA/DHA pills and I have been taking them for years. The problem was that brand you cannot buy off of the pure encapsulations website as it is normally sold by a doctor's office. I found that same brand on this site for even less money and free shipping. EPA/DHA is the best fish oil and was highly recommended to me by a doctor. I am glad I can buy it online without having to go into the doctor's office.

System works by never sending a product nor giving a refund. Have been waiting a refund almost 2 months, ghosting with every letter. I had a one letter where they confirmed that they will refund but it seems to be a another lie after those ghostings.

I am very happy with the outcome of my first time doing business with Nutriessential.com. The item that I ordered was backordered so it took about a month before it was shipped to me. It arrives today. I understand that with Covid-19, companies are doing their best to create a safe work environment for their staff by working at home, etc. and are having to deal with the technological difficulties that can arrive. Nutriessential.com could improve their ability to communicate with their customers in a more timely manner when they're inquiring about their order but other than that, I fully trust Nutriessential.com and plan on ordering from them again in the future.

When you buy a product, it never gets shipped. When you reach out with questions, they ghost you (it took me 3 emails to get a response). When they finally responded, they sent me a tracking number of an unrelated order and every time I replied, they would copy-paste messages that didn't address the issue.
I realize later that they do all this to waste your time, hoping you will forget about the order. In the end, they said they would issue me a refund as I requested when I never asked for one. I just wanted my order which was urgent.
Best of all? When you buy, they ask you to leave a tip which I stupidly did, thinking it would get me my order faster and better service... so much for that.

Before I placed my order, I actually reviewed this company and thought it had good reviews from this website. But after my experience and to my surprise I saw that on the Better Business Bureau website, many others experienced the same as I did! I placed an order and waited weeks for shipment, but I never received my order. I also checked the shipment tracking, and the order was never shipped either. The order is shipped on December 14
The order is inspected by customs at destination on December 27
The order is delivered on January 16
When I receive the order, only 4 products arrived (I was never notified of this situation)
To date, January 18, they have not yet refunded my money for the 2 unpaid products.
I placed an order 8 months ago and never received product or a refund. After I placed the order I was told it was on back order. I didn't mind at all. I checked in on my order a few weeks later and was assured it should be coming back into stock so I was optimistic as I was in no rush for my order. Months pass and I receive no update so I email saying I would like I refund and they said the refund time has passed (only because I waited for their promise of it "coming back soon") and unfortunately that product is still not in stock. So here I am 8 months later with no product and no money back.
