I recently had an issue with a delayed delivery of a product I purchased from Nutriessential.com, and initially, I was quite frustrated. I placed an order and paid including shipping and then I get an email about extra charges, not only that, they took these charges out of my account, without asking me. I had very little money in my bank so this stung. I sent them emails that they haven't replied to as yet, and yet they replied to the review defending themselves, and im still not sure if I'm getting my product, which was a product to maintain my health.
The service provided my them is the best and quiet quick. The products are of best quality. The arrival of the product was fast and was delivered on time.
Deliverys get on time as always have been a client after my mom, has been for years. Always with good service and great qualities with nutriessential.com.

I placed an order with nutriessential 1/15/22 and on 1/16/22 they stated the items were on backorder. I decided to wait for the items. By 1/23/22 I had not heard from them and decided to cancel the order. They replied it would be handled asap. One month later I received my credit card statement and noticed I had been charged and no refund. They sent the items anyway and at this point I have the items unopened and unwanted. Still not wanting to give me a full refund for a product I canceled one month prior. If they had canceled the order like I requested and refunded my money none of this would still be going on almost three months later. No integrity and no responsibility for their mistake not mine. They never answered any of their three phone numbers nor returned detailed messages. Also many emails with broken promises and the runaround. Very disappointed over such a petty thing. This is not a money issue but a moral issue. No accountability. The only thing I was finally offered was a 30% refund and to keep an unwanted product. I am not paying for their mistake, maybe if it was my mistake I would be more open to the offer.
This is a fake/fraudulent website. They charged me for an order 1.5 months ago that they claim is backordered, however in the meantime they have lied about it shipping (never arrived), lied about providing me a refund for it (never got it), and have never sent me any confirmation of my order despite me asking repeatedly (never got an order number or receipt sent to me) They have stolen my funds and will not provide me proof of anything. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Nutriessentials received my order and payment.
The order status for 3 weeks is unfullfiled.
When contacting the company they state my order has shipped, but this was not true, I inquired again asking for a tracking number, again their reply was the order has shipped and wait at least 2 weeks, factually their reply was while the product was never in stock nor shipped.
I inquire again asking to canel my order, again, my request was ignored, again, Nutriesssentials claimed my order has been processed, but replying now that it is back ordered.
All communication with support was misleading, neglegent and deciving.
I have not received my order, nor a tracking number, neither a proper reply cancelling &refunding my order. Nutriessentials are not trustworth, or reliable, they sell products out of stock and leave the customer empty handed, ripped off, Nutrivitals support decieves the customer.

I love to write a review for you... Your "Genestra" brand and "Pure encapsulation" brand have good products and you guys have lots of products on these brands.
Already buying few stuff from them total 123$ + 109 now 1 months not deliver no return my money and no refund or reply
Ordered product on 7/9/21 and didn't receive any updates for 3 weeks. Sent email and they replied that they didn't have it and tried to force a different product on me. After several exchanges stating I wanted a refund and not some random product, they agreed to a refund and said 5-6 days. Waited 2 weeks and no refund. Emailed again and went through the exact same scenario... over and over. Email verbiage was very sketchy, constantly stating I was on a priority list, they would give me 10% off all future orders of $100 or more for my trouble (whoopie!), and even promising to send the product that same week after I stated I had not received my refund (I still haven't received a refund or the product & it's October 1st). They must do this A LOT because in one email they even requested the following (copied from our email exchange):
"We have canceled your order and proceeded with your refund request with the accounting department, the credit should reflect in your bank in 5 to 6 business days and less. Meanwhile kindly do not bad review or dispute us for any reason. We are sorry for any delay that happened and requesting you to cooperate."
I am now having to dispute through my bank to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!

This product has been in Back order from manufacturing that is the reason we have not sent it yet, but in any case we have refunded u for the product. We do appreciate if u remover your comment.
The product quality is very best as i am using Seroyal and Genestra, getting all the way from nutriessential. I would love to recommend this site, as the service is very fast with best products.
I ordered a product in June. It's the end of December and still no product. No one has returned my calls or emails. Sketchy company
I order a detox kit back on May 30/2023 I have yet to recieve it. I have tried contacting this company at least 5 times with no reply. I recieved correspondence on July 11th telling me that the delay was due to the kit being backorder, funny thing is then on Aug 2/2023 they send me a tracking number, and when you review that tracking number the "apparent package" was in transit on July 6th? So the 11th it is back ordered yet they sent it on July 6th, ODD how that is possible. The "apparent package" has been sitting at Lehigh Acres, Fl ******* ever since. Fast forward to today Oct 5th STILL NO KIT, NO REFUND NOTHING. I am warning anyone dealing with this place to think long and hard if you really want to purchase anything from them.
