I placed an order and paid including shipping and then I get an email about extra charges, not only that, they took these charges out of my account, without asking me. I had very little money in my bank so this stung. I sent them emails that they haven't replied to as yet, and yet they replied to the review defending themselves, and im still not sure if I'm getting my product, which was a product to maintain my health.

It was a great journey using the products of nutri and I'm extremely satisfied with their customer service.
I ordered and paid for two tubes of cream and on 8-10-15 that same day they told me in an email that they don't have any. So I emailed them back on the next day to say I want a refund. They asked me to buy something else three times, and three times I said no, and three times I asked for a refund. After 18 days of this, I called my bank, and got a refund/chargeback the next day.
Update: 10/10/2015 I received a refund from nutriessential.com and below the comments say that they don't know who I am. I have proof of a refund and proof of emails back and forth from them on the order I gave them as well as their response back to me.

The above "POS CRE" stands for positive credit for a refund for two tubes of Carlson's Key E cream, of which they did not stock on their shelves but sold to me, they never canceled their order, nor said they would provide a refund, until I asked my bank to follow up on this matter.
They say below, " We are a legitimate company," twice, and they said the same thing to me in my emails from them, but I know better. They need to change their ways.
Ordered 8-10-15. Nutriessentials: "Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, item... is no longer available. However, we would like to offer the following suggested replacement products for your review and consideration."
Me: 8-11-15 "No thanks. I request a refund."
Me: 8-15-15 "I request a debit card refund, if you have not done so already. Please reply"
Nutriessentials; 8-18-15 "We apologize for the delay. We have forwarded your request to the accounting department to process your credit."
Me: 8-19-15 "Thanks for the update."
Nutriessentials: 8-20-15 "We are a reputable company and we try to assist customers when a product has been discontinued or no longer available."
Me: 8-20-15 "Just a refund."
I contacted my bank on 8-28-15 and received refund/chargeback the next day.
John please provide us with your last name because we couldn´t locate any request for a refund for tubes of cream as you have claimed.We are a legitmate company and never had these type of issues before! We are a legitmate company and we try our best to never have these type of issues with our customers.
They gave me wrong tracking number and they stopped replying to my email. Not recommend it at all!
