When I asked for proper evidence to support their claim that all items were shipped, they went completely silent. No proof, no tracking, nothing. This is hands down the worst service I've experienced from Nykaa — full of miscommunication, false commitments, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction

I have been contacting Nykaa customer care every day regarding my refund, yet my concern continues to be postponed without resolution. It has now been a month since I was promised that my refund or cancellation would be processed within 48 hours, but no action has been taken.

Furthermore, when I requested to escalate my issue or speak with a manager, I was informed that such escalation is not allowed. This has left me extremely frustrated with the lack of proper support and accountability.

I believe the CEO should be made aware of these ongoing issues, as it appears that customers' funds are not being handled responsibly. I am deeply disappointed with Nykaa's service and have decided to discontinue using your platform. I will also advise my peers to consider alternatives, such as Myntra Commerce, which have proven to be more reliable.

I got one product from nykaa.com which was non returnable and size was small so I asked to replace the product but they denied u was trying to replace it within time limit but there was error on application I couldn't able to replace or contact customer care that time and when get to connect them they simply denied replacing the order my money got wasted. I escalated but the senior customer care was very rude. Very bad service.

They have sent us wrong product of low cost.even after raising complaint and giving proof they ignore our complaint.

They won't return your money. Their systems don't work. Their customer wetan is pathetic. They won't connect you to next level. Looters

Her previous phone no. Was not active
Had called nyka customer care service and requested to change for no. Done as well
But on Sunday 19/11/2023 delivery person came for delivery, was asking for OTP but no otp received on her current number
Due to which order was not recieved
After which calling multiple times on nyka consumers service
No viable response recieved
Issue not sorted yet
This is the worst experience we are facing for the first time

Never purchase from them, if you pay them once they will give you a run around for your money, and yes, the product ordered will never reach you in time, be it for whatever occasion.

To return a non returnable priduct reason i was given was its a non returnable product. Product photos are asked a part of returning it. And while doing that i was told the product is opened hence cant be returned. Pathetic would want to give half a star

There is a return option given in nykaa huda beauty and it's a scam. They never give a return option. If you think in a cheap price you getting good product then be assure you are in a trap. Bcoz if you get wrong or damage product you money is going to mess bcoz nykaa dnt gv any return. And they provide wrong product and cheat customer money by not allowing the return option. Thus it's a cheat be careful.

Bad & Fraud website. Poor customer services, Fake products. Always make a customer wait for refund

Whenever I order a product, it arrives 2-3 days after the expected delivery date, without any notification to the user.

They charge you on MRP with products selling at half price on app and with 500+ saying gst charges. With no refund or return policy

Naykaa Service is soo poor. They never inform us for anything Wasting people's time. This is 2bd time that I did not receive my order on time even Naykaa didn't inform me. It's not Trust worthy When you are working & busy in your daily busy schedule so it's Irritating to only we have to connect them about delay.they never provide accurate information.

Not happy with Nykaas courier service on the app it's showing it'll be delivered by 10th or 9th September I am waiting for my parcel then suddenly got a message that I'll receive it by 12th sept never want to order again

Sending me wrong products whom I didn't even ordered. Also low rate items. My total bill was 700 something nd they send me 450 something items. Nd now refuse to accept it. Trying to escape from it. Not even trying to help me. Nykaa totally fraud. They're playing with customer emotions and their money too.

I ordered a product and that was not a good quality product, I requested for return immediately but delivery agent did not come to take that back infact messages were received to me that I have rescheduled the same and talked to number of customer care executives, n no. Of mails but no resolution to my query. Worst kind of services I have ever seen from a shopping site
