I purchased an oak beam through amazon, which after a month I discovered it was wet in the centre, thus mould growing which formed on the ash lamp which was placed on it.
The third party seller on amazon, oakbeamfurniture.com, refused a return and refund and I have sent many emails to Shaun the owner, and received very discourteous and insulting replies. His customer care leaves a lot to be desired.
Best to avoid this company as if you have a problem you will reach stalemate as abuse.
WWW.oakbeamfurniture.com don't deserve to have any customers.

Item was damaged upon arrival. No help with return, I got stuck with it in the end and no discount. I won't buy from them again.

Our coffee table purchase was satisfactory. Delivery was a little slow, but product came in undamaged. We are satisfied with our purchase!
