My prescription was submitted along with the frame style Half -Jacket--- I get the complete opposite after a 14 day wait. WHAT a joke. What used to be a storied iconic brand has faded into retail obscurity - a sad tale indeed.
The Tinfoil Carbon glasses have riveted connections for the arm to frame. My glasses broke at the rivet point and the arm detached. It appears to be a typical stress fracture. I don't recall a incident of over stressing the connection. The issue, no parts are available for repair and Oakley does not provide repair services. After looking at the overall design, it appears to be a low cost assembly, made in China probably to Oakley spec. No warranty available. I did not receive the utility I expected. Pitching them in the trash, well it was like throwing $145 away. I would not recommend purchasing this frame design.

Bought a pair of Oakley Holbrook sunglasses with the Prizm lens. There is some type of extremely thin film or coating over the lenses. I'm guessing this is the Prizm coating. After two days I could see tiny specs through the coating, which got worse over time. Absolute trash. Get glasses with glass lenses.
When they ran out of the item we had ordered, customer service was apologetic and provided a slightly more expensive pair for the same Cyber Monday price of the less expensive pair. Well done, Oakley.
2 pair of Oakley sunglasses, 6 months apart lens defect, not a nick on frames, or scratch on lens, used very little, as I have 6 pairs,... the color filament that goes on the lens crackled, the glasses are stored in a drawer in the house, dry and protected, when I reached out to Oakley, They gave an apology, stating 2 year warranty, honestly 1 pair had maybe 3 weeks of use, and stored, this is unacceptable quality for the price, I really like the style of Oakley, but will never again support a company that gives an inferior product, store where purchased suggested maui Jim glasses.
I've on 3 pair of Oakley flak jacket sunglasses and they have all 3 failed. I have tried to call Oakley distributor rep in Saint Louis and they blamed it back on the people who made the glasses which was Oakley. They de-Laminate for about 10 to 14 months, no help from Oakley.
I pay premium for fine product and appreciate the product during the time I own it. Oakley quality fall behind other compatible brand and they do not stand behind their product line. I own a sports sunglasses and they are failing. The lens are peeling after many year of use, not abuse. I contacted them for defect workmanship warranty coverage and they flatly denied. I have owned other eyewear and they are outperforming this Oakley brand and they stand behind their product. One example is Ray-ban Wafer I have. They out performed Oakley. I will NOT buy the Oakley brand anymore and will tell other to do the same because they are not worth your money.
I bought a pair of Oakley Gascans at the beginning of summer... my lenses kept falling out and eventually I lost one without even knowing. I filed a customer support claim for my 8 week old product... I simply needed another lense. They rejected my claim and offered me a repair fee of 151.00... $20. Less than I paid for the product 8 weeks earlier. $174.00 for sunglasses they won't stand behind for 8 weeks? PATHETIC!,,,

Please know they will not stand behind their product with a proof of purchase...if you only need your product to last 8 weeks you might be happy with them.

I never write reviews for companies but my experience with Oakley has been so horrible that I will never buy another Oakley product again. I have waited for entire month to get a return shipping label and still have not received a refund for an item that I ordered six weeks ago. I have had to file a BBB report and at this point will probably have to dispute the credit card charges since customer service still has not refunded my purchase. I have contacted customer service at least five times to no avail. NEVER AGAIN.
I went and bought a pair of ox3227-0157 glasses. I hate having to try on a bunch of glasses that look ok on my face. I tried several various pairs of glasses and decided on the Ox3227-0157 glasses. Bad choose on my part only trying them on once. Once my order arrived at my eye doctor I tried them on. I put them on and off as I would on a normal every day. Each time I put them on then took them off the end hand piece ripped my hair out. Whoever in the company thought the arm shouldn't be one cohesive piece obviously never had people with longer hair try them. Stop trying to re-invent the wheel.
100% do NOT recomend ordering sunglasses from Oakley. I am an absolutely furious customer. Not only did I NOT recieve the order I ordered special for my son's birthday, I can't even get ahold of an actual person to talk to about this! I ordered a special order item on sale, now it's magically out of stock when they said (via chat because apparently they dont let you talk to actual humans on the phone) that they could restart a new order no problem. So now I now get to go to the store and buy non custom sutros at FULL PRICE. This is completely unacceptable. I will never order from Oakley online again because of this. Thank you Oakley for RUINING my son's birthday. This was the one thing he really wanted!
So called "lifetime" warranty on their helmets. Reps will tell you conflicting things, you send in you item only to say its out of "lifetime" warranty. Whatever you do buy elsewhere
Two different times I've tried to place an order for prescription sunglasses, and two different times I've been told two different things, and the order has "failed to process." I was told the first time I had to use Chrome (I was using Firefox) and when I repeated all ordering steps the second time with Chrome, I received the same message. I called the "customer no-service" number and the lady told me I needed to set up an account so she could "look at my order to see what might be wrong." NO WHERE in the process was I asked if I want to set up an account or order as a guest. I asked if she could look up my email and, of course, she couldn't. All she did was repeat over and over again that I needed an account. I've never seen a company that made it so hard for a customer to GIVE THEM MONEY. Horrible experience.

Ordered goggles from Oakley.com but we immediately asked for a return label since they didn't fit. I returned two goggles (out of 3) in the original box. I only got one refund. It's been more than 2 months. Cannot trust Oakley.com. Even the Chinese sellers in amazon.ca are better.
As my son was running onto the field, his sunglasses literally fell apart! He really loved them these glasses.
