I reached out to OBDeleven about my order that has been delayed in transit, which was originally placed on May 28th. Their virtual assistant informed me that standard shipping outside Europe typically takes between 7 and 30 days. However, my order has been stalled for over 65 days without any updates on the tracking status. Despite this, OBDeleven asked me to wait until July 13th before initiating an investigation. Although their representative recognized my concerns, they did not provide an immediate solution. Given that the package shows no progress and exceeds the stated delivery timeframe, I suspect it is lost. Therefore, I am requesting a chargeback due to the failure to receive the goods as purchased.
