“Poor Customer Service”

I received a pair of boots as a gift. Unfortunately the pair doesn't match my size. I've tried to reach out to them and they will not answer me in their website. I went to their Tiktok account to try to reach out. Currently waiting a response. Nothing wrong with the merchandise except that the size chart is off. Their lack of service and communication is highly unprofessional. I would never recommend to do service with a company whose work performance is off, especially for the prices the item go for.
