Booked 2 rooms for three nights and lucky to make it two nights. Rooms were dirty, no coffee pot, lock on door was not working properly, refrigerator in one room broken, tv in one room was broken and leaning against wall and no toilet paper. I called about the toilet paper after hours and a assuming was a guy answered with the worst customer service response. He basically told me to wait until they opened at front desk which was 4 hours. The next day I opened the curtains and it looked like they wiped the furniture and glass with a mud rag. I went to front desk and told them I was leaving early and he ask why. I told him I was not satisfied with rooms or customer service. He instantly got defensive and told me I would have contact the number on contract and file for a refund that required information and pin numbers that I never received. I finally was able to contact a representative and she said they would get back to me in a couple of days with refund results. It has been 4 days with no response. They really need to tear this place down and start over. I wish I would have read all the reviews on this place and not the few on site first page. Please everyone read them all. I firmly believe the above 3 stars ratings have been written by staff and owners. I just wanted to be refunded for both rooms, the one day that I left early and cannot get a response.
