“Blackmails customers into leaving positive reviews to get refund, doesn't pay.”

OEM Auto Sound sold a part that wasn't fit for purpose, didn't work. Took 6 weeks to post it, then a month to send "Refund Authorisation Code" for me to return it. Several more months to confirm receipt of returned goods. Then OEM instructed me to leave a positive review on a consumer website to get my refund. When I declined, they refused to pay. After almost a year of battling I have no hope of getting my refund. I hope to alert others to the practices of OEM Auto Sound, to prevent others losing their money as I did.

Tip for consumers:
I recommend you don't use this company. They will sell you useless goods, impede your attempts to return them, blackmail you into leaving falsely glowing reviews on consumer websites and refuse to pay your refund when they receive the goods back.
