This website offers free gift cards for 30 second surveys. Asks for your name, address, phone number, and birthdate. They ask you to confirm your phone number with a text to receive a 4 digit confirmation number. They say it's to get your gift card but the fine print reads the phone charges are $9.99 - $19.99 for enrolling in two other programs that you have 30 days to cancel membership. Beware! I was lucky enough to have my carrier block their message. Their text message asked me to have my carrier remove the Premium Messaging Block. Ummm... NOPE! I also recieved a call from a debt consolidation company, 10 minutes after signing up, that said they received my contact information from this website. I had only signed up 10 minutes prior and my name has already went out to a call list. Beware!
