Called them and told them about the problem i was facing with my PC and after 20 minutes of conversation they gave me a solution and showed me the amount it was going to cost me and there were no hidden charges. My issue has been resolved up to my satisfaction and Daniel showed transparency while he was working on my PC. Daniel Weber is a professional. Great service. Thank you!
