The store I go to is convenienttly located and easily accessible. They usually have what I need but some of their prices could be better, considering they are a large corporation with the attendant buying power. Overall, they do a good job.
Upon reviewing all the feedback, it is imperative to consider assigning a rating of 0 to establishments that do not merit even a single star. During a recent visit to procure plastic folders for my students, I inquired about the price-matching policy prior to selecting the necessary items. Upon reaching the register, the attendant appeared unfamiliar with the procedure and sought assistance from the manager, who conducted himself discourteously and unprofessionally. The manager would benefit from immediate training. The folders in question were identical to those available at Target. My decision to patronize this establishment was solely due to its proximity, which, in hindsight, proved to be an unfortunate choice. The Office Depot is located at Grossmont Center. Hopefully, someone from the main headquarters will read it and do something about it. I drove to Target and bought 100 folders there! Bye-bye, Office Depot, you need better staff!
Went to an Office Depot in my area yesterday, poor service, they don't pay you any attention when you don't speak like them. They ignored me and turned their back on me. Very dirty attitudes. They pretend like they are busy, they don't want to make eye contact with you, they pretend like they are busy all the time. Change the workers please, if you want more customers.

I've been looking for a new Epson printer that prints labels directly to a CD or DVD - they're hard to find! I found one at Office Depot - and it was on sale! Which made it even better.
My old Epson printer was still working, but I've had it for over five years, and it was beginning to hum and make rattling noises, so I decided to replace it before it stopped working.
I went to the Office Depot in Sherman, Texas. They had the printer I needed in stock. Before I found the printer on sale, I had bought a set of ink cartridges for my old printer.
The employee brought the printer to the counter for me - along with the ink I needed for the old printer, gave me a refund for the ink for the old printer.
He was professional, courteous, and helpful.
Office Depot does a good job of training their employees in customer service. Thanks.

Placed a $1,000 order and received a multiple of wrong items and missing parts. Online customer service never answers. I also wanted to return part of the order and never received a return authorization. I'm stuck with these unusable items.

I purchased a paper pro stapler several months ago at Office Depot in Memphis on polo grounds address. After never being able to find appropriate staples for this stapler I called store and informed managers C and store manager R about my issue. C told me to bring merchandise back and settle for current last price without a receipt. Upon doing as manager directed Store manager said there was nothing wrong with stapler and it uses standard staples. That was not the info I received earlier that morning on 6/8/17 when I spoke to C. She( R) said it couldn't be return or exchange because it could use standard staples same as the swingline stapler. After getting frustrated with rude management and liars I left the stapler with C and told both managers exactly what they could do with that stapler and thinking that all people want something for free. I paid cash for that stapler and work honestly for what I need and desire. Office Depot could care less about my concerns.

I don't know if Office Depot bought out Foray pens, but the pens that come up when I look for them on Amazon and Walmart and Office Depot come up under the Office Depot brand. They SUCK the ink balls up at the end of the pen, the ink gets everywhere. I am left handed and as I write my hand goes over what was just written and smears on the paper, my hand and anything else that the side of my hand touches.

I'm not mad at Office Depot, if they bought out Foray why change the pens, they were great. Now for me being left handed they are useless.

I would only suggest using Office Depot for basic office supplies or school supplies. I would not recommend purchasing any electronics of any type and definitely not recommend purchasing office furniture. It's overpriced and cheaply made. Their office furniture is as cheap made as IKEA

I happen to live in a household that has only one working car, at the moment. Therefore, I am not able to make it to the actual store to make my purchases. Now all I have to do is go online and place my order and if I would like it right away, I choose the pick up in store option. Within less than an hour, all my products are ready to pick up. I just let my husband know to make a stop on the way home and pick it up for me. Works everytime and I don't have my husband "forgetting" anything! LOVE SHOPPING HERE!

I called HomeDepot to have my sign-in ID unlocked in my account. Unknowingly, I was transferred to the Philippines. Because I prefer not to provide sensitive information to them, I requested to be transferred back to the US. This did not happen! I called a different number to file a complaint, only be to answered in the Philippines AGAIN! I just ended that call! I will start buying paper somewhere else.

Office Depot delivered this on my porch. Each one of these boxes are well over 100 lbs.! They say, we can't do anything to help you get these into your house. That's why it's free delivery! I said what if I were handicapped? You wouldn't have an option for me to have them bring it in? They offered me $60, then $70, then $80 off my $600 order to "go find someone to help you get the boxes inside the door". Needless to say, I hung up.
I called the store and talked to the manager. Told her my situation. She also said she could do nothing to help me. I read their policy on their website and it says that some deliveries require appointments. I told her I believe this delivery qualifies. Also, her store was literally across the highway from my house not even a mile. She said she did not have anyone to send over, that she just had back surgery and couldn't help. Well I said my lower back has all herniated discs, I can't lift them either! She tells me "ya, but that wasn't available until last Fri." I said I ordered before last Friday! She said, "well ya, but it wasn't available until Fri." Unbelievable!
Moral of the story, if you are handicapped and need to order furniture, do not get it from Office Depot. They will drop it off on your porch and then it's your problem.

I took a certificate into the store to have it trimmed down to fit an 8x10 frame. The manager waited on me and informed me that Office Depot sold 81/2 by 11 frames, and that I wouldn't need to have the certificate trimmed, retaining its beautiful border. Aaron at Office Depot in D'Iberville, MS went above the call of duty. I brought in 15 calendars to be bound and I remembered after I left the store that I also wanted a hole punched in the center of each page to be able to hang the calendar. Aaron had to hand punch each of the pages for the 15 calendars and he did this after he had already bound the calendars. He took apart each one, hand-punched the pages, and then reassembled them. No complain from him at all. I so appreciate the work he did. Thank you, Aaron!
Next, we have to convince Office Depot that one of the pieces of equipment needed is a hole punch that could punch through all 12 pages of a calendar at once. Very surprised that Office Depot does not supply their print department with such a simple piece and inexpensive piece of equipment.

I used their website to upload a print job (3 pages - 1 double sided and 1 extra) and have it shipped to me. It arrived a day earlier than expected but all of the margins were completely cut off making the entire document unreadable! This did not match the proof they sent in the confirmation email.
I called them the very same day and they promised to reprint the entire job and escalate it. I never heard from them again. When I called to check the status several days later the representative informed me there was no update but he'd send it to escalations. This is what was supposed to have happened after my first call! By now it's too late and I will never receive the product on time. I had to cancel my order and bring it in to Kinkos instead. I will never ever rely on Office Depot and their shoddy work and shoddy customer service again.

I was sold a G3000 Canon printer and for me it was pricy. I've spent the last year trying to set it up with no luck. I hired a pro to help me and he informed me $150.00 later that the printer was designed for a Microsoft machine not a Mac (my machine).
I contacted OD customer service and they basically said they were sorry and disconnected from the Chat. If I could I'd give them a zero, They won't get anymore of my business.

I can guarantee I will NEVER buy from Office Depot again! They have failed to deliver our products 3 times on this order alone! The ONE other time we bought office furniture from them, they delivered the wrong desks! And it took weeks before we had the ones we ordered. The ONLY reason I ordered again from them is to match what we already had. The representatives keep trying to pass you off and have you call the shipping company. Our office has been doing business with Office Depot for over 15 years. We are now being told that online purchases cannot be paid for using Office Depot Credit card. I have called and spoken to a number of representatives to come up with viable options. We were directed to email a request to Enable Account billing for ******* Account Services-USA.
We have NOT RECEIVED ANY responses, nor were we given any other service options.
Until this is resolved, we will not be using office depot, and absolutely will not recommend to business peers.
The stores are helpful, but the changes made online are both unprofessional and not helpful at all.
