Horrible customer service company I don't recommend order anything for online. This People make so many mistake

I originally tried to post this on OFFICE DEPOT's site as a review on 12/18/21. The web site said that the POST would have to be "Moderated" and might mot appear for a few days. As of 12/22 and second call to Customer Service still no refund... and no review posted. ORDER # *******-001

GREAT RETURN POLICY... If they followed it!
Very nice printer... BUY IT SOMEWHERE ELSE! Ordered on line 11/28/2021 showed in stock with 2 day delivery. 1 Hr after order received email OUT OF STOCK Ship! 2/3 -12/6. WAITED. 12/6 received email SHIP 12/9 -12/16. WAITED. 12/14 received email SHIP 12/16 - 12/23. Purchased from another source on 12/14. Tried to cancel Office Depot online order 12/14. Debit card was charged 12/15 at 4:40am and printer shipped that afternoon and arrived 12/16 4:30 pm. Took unopened box to Office Depot from return and was told that they couldn't return a hi $ printer ($750+) to debit card at a store because it would lower their Daily Sales Total? Called Customer Service from the parking lot and they said that I had to ship it back if the store didn't want to return it. Sent me an RMA and Shipping label by email. Printer returned next morning and arrived at Office Depot Dock by UPS on 12/18 at 11:46 am. Still waiting on Credit to my Debit card. Office Depot lost me as a customer today.

Worst place to work or do service
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO WORK FOR OR DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT THE REVIEWS BEFORE EVEN APPLYING THEY TRAIN ONE WAY AND WHEN YOU COME OUT OF TRAINING IS DIFFERENT VERY DISGUSTING AND DISHONEST PLACE I HAD CUSTOMER WHO WAS CHARGED FOR 4 ITEMS SHE NEVER EVER EVEN BOUGHT THE DELIVERY WILL NEXT DAY AND CUSTOMERS ARE CHATGED BUT IT'S NOT TRUE YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR DELIVERY WHEN YOU NEED I ALSO HAD AN 87 YR OLD LADY CRY TO ME ON THE PHONE CAUSE SHE NEED 359 COPIES FROM ONE MACCOMPUTER TO HER NEW COMPUTER MIND YOU SHE PAYS FOR TECH SUPPORT ALL SHE WAS NEEDING WAS SOMEONE TO GO HELP HER OR SHOW HER SINCE SHE DOES HAVE TRANSPORTATION ONE OF THE SUPERVISORS TOLD ME TELL HER WE DON'T DO THAT ALSO SHE CALLED DEC 16 AND WAS ON HOLD FROM 10AM THRU 4 THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONDAY. PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARDS THEY STAY WITH YOUR INFORMATION N BILL YOU FOR THINGS YOU DONT NEED OR WANT ESPECIALLY SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR TECH SUPPORT 129.99 IF YOU GUYS NEED OR WANT MORE INFORMATION I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PROVIDE IT TO ANYONE THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS THEY ARE A SORRY EXCUSE OF COMPANY MY NAME IS BARBARA
