Trying to save other loan officers a major headache and loss of money. This appears to be a scam—I've been paying them $700+/mo for months and now they tell me "I don't qualify for their refund policy" because I missed an email from them in April. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
I am sorry to write this negative review. Your salesperson convinced me that your service is worth purchasing. The same day I was charged $200, I called leads and researched the leads you provided and realized most of them are very old leads; in fact, I already served a few of those people. The next day, early in the morning, I emailed requesting to cancel—however, no response. I contacted you several times with no success. You charge me a $200 "set up fee" and two months each $50 after I canceled. I wasted $300. I have to cancel my CC to get rid of monthly charges. You are conducting a lousy business. The leads are old, and most of them have no intentions to sell their properties. I am in the top of 1% of all realtors in Manatee and Sarasota CTY, licensed since 1999. I know the business.
Lousy service and fake leads.
I signed up on July 2021. Immediately after I got the list of so called 'LEADS" I noticed they were all FAKE NUMBERS, UNLISTED NUMBERS, UNMOTIVATED LEADS. What they do is they capture the already expired lists and use various lists that are not part of any campaigns or active marketing. They are shady. Do not use them. I canceled within 48 hours and they refused to give me my money back-so I swallowed that one. So I asked in writing immediately cancel. I explained and called them on their scam. Whatever. So, I went about my life and hired another platform. Three months later I noticed an auto charge from offrs.com there it was a charge and when I went back to August and September too. OMG! I emailed them immediately and they ignore my email requests. So I went ahead and filled a FRAUDELENT CLAIM with my bank. OMG! I will write to our CRMLS also as they SHOULD NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE ALLOWED TO market on our platforms. They are shady and literally THIEVES. DON'T DON'T try others I can't tell you how many of this clowns I've gone thru already. They are not the only ones. I guess you live and learn but make sure to read reviews. From real people. I only hear negative things about them in my office. Be aware. Scam alert.
I had to pay over 500$ before i could get in touch with an agent and everything didn't later go well. Since then i just turn to cryptocurrency. I invested with btcprofituk dot com and i make 20% off of my investment. It's okay, safe and very prompt for me. I implore people to try as much as possible to invest in crypto with good platforms.
Total scam. I'm going to leave bad reviews everywhere I can on your company. Four days later the email still hasn't launched nobody even said another word about it.
The leads have 4-7 phone numbers you don't even verify which is the correct phone number for your service. This is very disingenuous.
The platform is not user friendly, data is outdated and false and once sold you are on your own…. Called to complaint and never got my money back after 10 days of using this system and they are still charging me…. Run away…worst investment for a platform that sounds too good to be true…
False advertising! I never got the homeowner data I bought for Raleigh zip code ******* in May 2021. I paid 350 dollars for data on homeowners that I never received. I spoke to my salesman twice after I ordered the product, and he told me to email support. Unfortunately, all I got was another salesperson trying to upsell me to more expensive offrs products. I, therefore, canceled my next month's subscription before the 30 days was up. I contacted customer support by email on day 30, and they told me that they already destroyed my data and would not send me the file. Is that B. S. or what? This company does not have a customer service number once you buy your product from them. That should have been a red flag. Run away from this company and keep your money in your pocket.
Agents beware this company will bill you after you cancel. I never received a single promised service for the over $300 I paid. They will run you in circles and show you no results, and just continue billing. My acct received no exposure, no leads, they never did anything - no emails nothing. They refuse to cancel you in a timely manner and will not refund you for billing afterwards.
They do not value customer service in the slightest. They will mislead and deceive in effort to get your business. And their national sales director is wholly supportive of these tactics. I do not recommend.
What a SCAM! I ordered this service on 11/25.2 weeks later the system was STILL "down". I asked for a refund and magically the system came to life. I logged in and there was NO DATA loaded in my account. It then took another 3 days to get old data loaded in my account. Now they won't refund me even though I asked for it previously. Oh and they won't even return my calls to have a civil conversation. They just cowardly stay behind a computer screen. BUYER BEWARE.
offrs.com provides listings of numbers with fictional names and totally wrong property information. I get anywhere from 3 to 10 calls per week from agents trying to buy my properties. The problem is, I have no properties and the names they ask for do not exist. These agents are getting their information from offrs.com, lists they are paying for and getting non-existent leads. I have had my phone number for twenty years. The names provided to agents by offrs.com have never been associated with my phone number and the properties agents are inquiring about have never been associated with the fictitious names offrs.com provides. They are just scammers stealing your money. Stay far, far away from offrs.com and their thieving services.
Offrs is a great tool for any REALTOR. I highly recommend investing in their Smart Apps platform. They offer multiple tools to help you generate leads and brand yourself in your zip code. Plus the website is so easy to navigate!
I was having troubles navigating through the website so i called support and they were flat out amazing. After that call i know the website like the back of my hand. 10/10 customer support and just an amazing website in general
I purchased this program through the CRMLS virtual 3 day Expo. I thought there is no way they would allow a fraudulent company to advertise. FALSE, FALSE, FALSE! So. I spent the first week going through and trying to contact every lead to no avail. Wrong, numbers, incorrect emails, not interested in selling, wrong person, just wrong. Looked at the expired list as well and found that they weren't actually expired, they were SOLD! How is that not considered false advertisements.
Why is this ok? How do companies like these get away with this? I will also be reporting to my local Real Estate Board and the BBB. You should too.
I had a great experience with the support team. Emma was great. She was very patient with me, even after 3 calls :). I am new to technology (I have been an agent for 18 years)... but I knew I had to learn and do something to keep up to date.
If you are looking to boost your biz... Check these guys out. You can sign up on the smart apps store and look at each app before you buy. Some are good, some are ok... as few are really solid... I recommend at least giving it a shot.
I am using Smart Apps buyer leads and seller Signal leads. I like having leads each day I can follow up with. It keeps me busy.
The value that I can get from you all at Offrs is limitless. Great customer service as well. The only issue is with the inaccuracy of some of the data and time involved - very poor. But you all have definitely done enough to keep my interest for sure
I was a customer of offers about 3 years ago when their platform was new. I had mild success but unfortunately I didn't see the return in the beginning that I was hoping to achieve. About 6 months ago I resigned up and I've been using the product since it's new and improved and I'm very excited about the results I have seen.
I've been a real estate agent for over 10 years and I've seen a lot of lead generation products. All of them have their flaws, but after using offrs I'm a big believer in predictive analytics.it just makes sense to analyze who's most likely to list her home and ignore the rest.
Answer: I paid $231/month for like a neighborhood of 1200 residences
Answer: Were you ever able to cancel? I was told to submit an email requesting to cancel at support@offrs.com. I also called and spoke with carry who said she would forward the message. On a side not I also cancelled the card so that can't make any future charges. A hassle but worth it.
Answer: Check spam folder. This is where I usually see registration emails from any service I use.
Answer: It's under the CRM, all the way to the right, in a pull down
