I am a big believer in direct mail. It has been a part of my growing business for years. I was hesitant to do online ads, and I didn't know how to do it correctly. More importantly I didn't know how to target people who would most likely sell their home. Offrs was the best choice for what I needed. I highly recommend.

I think everyone should have a digital strategy when it comes to their business, and I found offrs to be a useful product for me, because it forced me to begin reaching out to people in my neighborhood online and via mail. Everyone should be finding ways to connect with potential clients digitally. It just makes sense.

I have been using the Smart Data for over 2 years, and it takes a while, but it does work. Marketing is about consistency, and the team at offrs told me this when I first started. I am glad I listened. I was up against another agent in the area who had brand recognition better than me, and now I am starting to beat her to the listings.

I have been using offrs at my brokerage for quite sometime, mostly downloading lists for my direct mail, but now I am really liking the lead feed apps. It makes it really simple to use.

I understand why some of the people had issues with offrs a year or more ago. I was a client in 2018 and had struggled as well. But I recently was invited back to check out the upgrades and Smart Apps... and what a different a year makes. The product is much more intuitive. Hats off to the OFFRS team for listening to their customers and improving their products.

I have used many services, and they all have flaws. Offrs is one of the better services because it's cost effective. For what I spend in offrs data a year, one listing pays for the service. Anyone who hasn't had success using this product didn't use it correctly. I have over 3,000 emails in my neighborhood which I send out my newsletter. I get listing appointments monthly.

Offrs is a great tool for any REALTOR. I highly recommend investing in their Smart Apps platform. They offer multiple tools to help you generate leads and brand yourself in your zip code.

I can't say enough about the team at offrs. They work hard to make their customers happy. Many people don't understand marketing or how much effort it takes to truly run a business, and I can say having offrs as a partner was a good choice.

Tried Offrs.com for 5 months and most the leads were complete garbage. Tried to cancel and was harassed until I legally threatened them. Then I was told I could cancel. They deleted all the leads in my archive, including the ones I spent months warming up. I would NEVER recommend this company and they are about to get sued by me.

Scheduled 3 calls, and nobody calls to explain about product. Confirmation about our call came as text, but it is fake, since nobody called. I tried different dates and time, please run away - it is all fake! Scam

Horrible scam place can never cancel! They make it so your always paying! They never teach you how to us it! All leads fake! No real lead same leads you can get off fsbo! They take the money and run! Tried to cancel several times they still force you to pay next month although they cut off service so total scam.

This was a great product before the new company took over. Now, they make you pay extra for everything and the leads have a lot of bad information.

I was very hopeful that this would be a good seller lead source. I tried it for 4 months to give it a fair chance. I even tried the Facebook targeting. Unfortunately, most of the data was grossly inaccurate. There platform has great potential but was extremely non user friendly in some area, especially if you wanted to download the information to take it over to a separate CRM.
