Ordered parts June 2024. Figured with the holiday things would slow down a little. After 2 weeks, called and asked what was going on and was told the order was in the shipping department. As soon as I hung up I went to see if there were any complaints and I had instant anger from what I read. Emailed him to cancel the order and refund the money- no response. The bank is in the process of doing a charge back based on the countless complaints and their rating on the BBB. I immediately ordered the same parts from a reputable company and they were at my door in 3 days. Absolutely do not wast your time or effort on this company. It's an amazing website and he might be better off selling the company to someone that will actually run it instead of collect money.

I ordered a part June 3rd. As of this date, 7-30-24, have not received it. Several calls with no answer and left several messages. They don't call back. I want to cancel my order but can't talk to anyone. I'm done with them.

Purchased a cam and lifters set from them that was manufactured by elgin. When degreeing the camshaft it over 10 degrees out. Called and called, e-mailed and totally nothing. I think they are out of business, if not should be.

Sold me a wiper motor and didn't work right out of the box. I contacted them and they said no problem send it back we will make it right, that was 8 weeks ago! They will not respond to my email or voice mails.

The quicker you leave there Website the better off you will be. These people should be in jail for what I have lost and what others have lost if you read all of the reviews.They will not answer the phones or emails.I never received my parts or a refund on my credit card for the purchase I made.From my experience do not buy anything from this company unless you like to throw money away
Worst company on the internet total scammers do not order anything from Olds parts.com or brothers parts.com they're one in the same scam companies placed an order they refuse to contact you you can't change your order you can't cancel your order they won't after months and months I just got an email saying they're going to send an order but the car left 2 weeks ago I explained this to him many times before they refuse to contact you so please stay far far away from this company thanks so much
Waiting over a year to receive the balance of my interior purchase. No response from Garrett after repeated messages and voice mails. I feel like he has ID'd my phone number and refuses to answer. I have had to buy supplemental parts from other companies and I am still waiting for promised parts over one year later.

They claim there stripes are judge quality I think kindergarten students can do a better job on coloring stripes people read the reviews and stay away never answer phone calls never answer emails guy named Steve calls him self hurst specialist, yeh OK does not even know what his product consists of. Very sorry Steve but if you return my call and do as you promised I would not be doing this.To all old car guys beware!
Like others, placed an order a month ago and had to reach out to them to find out the status. Their website order tracking is worthless as it is never updated and they don't seem to know how to institute a system to update customers via an email message (which is common with most on-line orders). About 75% of the order was finally shipped and have tried numerous times to find out the status of the remaining 25%. Phone calls, voice mails and emails all go unanswered. This is a terrible business and I will NEVER purchase from them again. I would recommend anyone with a classic Olds to shop Original Parts Group or Fusick. Both have excellent service and the parts are more reasonable.

This is only place out of hundreds ive ordered from that has no way to check or track your order.So i sit waiting for i guess an respectable time to call them hoping i get someone not a machine. Says been in bussines 38yrs, well should have an on line person that kniws how to do a site, unless its purposely done this way
Still waiting for my shipping information that I bought and payed for on March 7/23 it's now March 22/23 and still waiting I payed in Canadian funds so a lot more then the actual price they ask for in US.
I left multiple calls messages sent emails about my Order still waiting and waiting….It's no Brainer that this will be the last time I deal with this Company when it comes to ordering parts again, they take your money and and let you wait, wait, wait
They say to email to find out if they have the part I get a email saying yes we have it in stock! This is worse then snail mail

Have placed several orders to Oldsparts and they never ship nor can you get an update from them. I have called numerous times and sent several emails asking about a status of my orders. Recieved nothing, no return phone calls, no email replys, nothing.

I am sick to my stomach as I read these reviews. I just realized that i lost my money. Same exact story, placed an order over $500 and did not receive over $131 in parts and i see now that I will not be getting them. I called and called and called and sent emails, no response from anyone. I don't understand how they are able to keep ripping people off. Very sad, hope more people see these reviews so they do not get taken from their hard earned money! DO NOT BUY FROM OLDSPARTS, unless you want to give your money away for nothing in return!

I just placed order on may11th. 2021 paid for on the 13th. No info/tracking # reply to email no Nothing. Just a small order of a few little items for my cherished 64' F85 Cutlass 2dr post/coupe.

I made a large order in December of 2020 consisting of about $4500. 00 in parts. As of today I am still short several parts at a cost of around $1,300.00. I have called NUMEROUS times, even talked to Garrett a few times and a guy who I think said his name was Steve. They both have said they will get back to me and NEVER do and of course charged me for the parts when they were ordered. We even drove to their listed address last week to find out they are not there. Their Website needs to be removed immediately before other people are taken advantage of. Today I called the supplier of their interior parts to be told that they "oldsparts.com" / Brothers had never even placed my order. I have been setting here since December waiting on parts for a customers car that I now have found out have never been ordered from their supplier, To say I'm upset is an understatement. I want a refund immediately or I will be looking to my local law firm for some assistance. It's about principals. Return a phone call! If I have stated something incorrectly please feel free to give me a call and set me straight. This all started when I wanted to order parts from a "local" business. Wow, what a mistake.

I bought several parts for my car from them. The parts were good, but dealing with them was not worth it. I called the phone # on their site and left many messages, but no reply. I found another #, and finally got through. After placing the order, I had to call back several times to get an email conformation. The next order that I placed was easier, but I had to start the phone circus again to find out where my parts were, it had been 3 weeks since the order & no info or email about an ETA. Finally on the 4th week, the order arrived, but only half of it. After leaving several messages (with no replies) I finally got ahold of them. They said that the other item was on back order. I asked why I wasn't informed of this 4 weeks ago (when I placed the order), or why I never received an email with this info. I git no answer on this. So i sent this order back, plus one that I had placed after this for a refund. I sent these things back to the address on their web site. After 2 weeks I made several calls again, when I finally reached them, asked if they dad received my returns. I was told that no one was at that address & they would have to find them. Finally after another week, they found them & issued a refund. When the refund went through (back to my card), they kept 38.55 (for restocking). I am the one who paid the shipping both ways, so they made the same $ on me with or without the sale. I bought all of the same parts from other vender that had excellent customer service... for less money.

Huge scammers, took my money and recived no parts. Left so many messages on voice mail and email. No response at all!
March 31,2022 ordered approx $4700 woth of product. Some parts arrived but not the ones I need to continue build. Stressed to them and asked for details of shipments. No response and when I did get response only a couple more things would show up. After 12 month of no responses since Jan 12th, 2023 I filed clame with Credit Card company and they dispouted charges and paid me back or missing parts $1200 plus and extra funds due to clarical error. I got my money back, but then told my story and Owner Steve Kenny slandered me and ssaid I was not customer even though I provided Invoice numbers. Opened 2 website in my name to slander me more. Who does that as a business. Repeated calls and he would not answer phone or call, email. Just kept up the front on social media. Talked to Garrett at olds and at least he was repectful and trying to correct things. Owner overrides and publishes false clains and can not show proof of shipment of missing parts.
