Olidress

$38.95 item (black and white long-sleeved button down) never came. No refund/reply.
Site appears to be down. I think they steal a pic and advertise and collect payment for something they never had.: (

I bought two tops from Olidress on Sept. 7th, 2020. They arrived a couple of weeks later. I tried on one and didn't like the fit, so I contacted the company about a return address since there was no packing slip or receipt included. I mailed it back to the sorting facility at 1140 River Road #111, New Castle, DE ******* on Sept. 29,2020. A MONTH after I had returned the package and sent several e-mails to Olidress's rep (in China!), they finally sent me the return address in CHINA. They knew I had returned the package a month before they finally sent that address, and the rep from Olidress still says they have not received the package that was sent TWO MONTHS AGO. I will never deal with another online company unless they are based in the United States. I filed a complaint with the FTC, but nothing can really be done. I also should have used a credit card instead of my debit card so I could have stopped the payment. Live and learn! I hope other customers will see this review and avoid Olidress like the plague.
