Switch works sometimes and sometimes not. Defective. Customer svc requested a video to prove it, then sent me a return shipping label after they viewed the video. They have the returned light, but I can't get them to shake loose with a replacement. Delay, delay, delay, and to complicate matters, the folks at customer service do not have a command of the English language. Fool me once, as they say.

Absolute subpar products for premium money. They indicate limits on items but then allow resellers to purchase in bulk. Within an hour of sales starting the average person can't purchase a lot of items but the following day you can see the exact same products being resold for a premium.
Countless issues with their products and bad reputation with the BBB. They even respond on the BBB website by blaming all issues on the purchaser. They never own up to anything. The last product I got from them was a gift which caused a fire in my vehicle, total loss. Go anywhere but olight to buy a light, you'll be thanking me later

I registered on this site to take advantage of sales and discounts that were supposed to be emailed along with a first purchase discount. But the site will not allow me to log in. During the attempt to make a purchase as a guest, the site is very glitchy and keeps loosing the items in your cart. Then, after 15 minutes of attempting to make a purchase, during the checkout, the site kept reporting the payment wasn't going through. Yet, I received confirmation from PayPal that my card was billed. When I emailed customer service at Olight, I was assured there was an order, but was not given shipping information (the site never took me to a shipping page to enter an address). Now I can't check status of any order because the site won't allow me to log in or change passwords or anything. I now have to file a dispute with PayPal. BUYER BEWARE!

They refuse to honour their warranty. There is no attempt made from them to replace a faulty item even though it is still under warranty and cannot be repaired by them.

I ordered a new Array 2S Headlamp from the Olight store. What Olight sent me was an already opened used Headlamp. Upon request they sent what they said was a new one, but it also was in a unsealed box unlike the two other new items that I received in sealed boxes. It is also interesting that I found the lens cover under the Headlamp's body instead of stuck to the lens. I wonder how they can send out supposedly new Headlamps when this item is back ordered until 12-30-22. Their customer service is terrible. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY DON'T DESERVE A SINGLE STAR RATING.

Ordered a BALDR MINI from an Olight Affiliate (Sootch00) for their 10% discount offer on 21 Jan 2021 at 9:11PM and and received my BALDR MINI on 25 Jan 2021 at 12:47PM. I even emailed Olight day after ordering at *******@olightstore.com and they emailed me USPS tracking number same day. The light & laser work great and fit perfectly on our Sig SP2022 rail right out of the box. There were some parts included if you had a different rail configuration, but not in my case! Glad I didn't have to modify mounting plate. I accidently dropped our baldr mini about 2 feet while it was mounted and it stayed secure on our Sig's rail! Overall experience with Olight was outstanding. So glad I didn't pay attention to negative reviews. Excellent company and affordable & great products!
