I received my items in a timely manner, and was very pleased with the clothing. The fabrics are always so comfortable. I am always leery on sizing. I seem to fall right between M-L, depending on the product and style. Overall, quite happy though!

I ordered over $225.00 worth of sweaters from this company and NONE of it looked like what they pictured on their website. The sweaters on the site are textured and thick, like they are handmade, but the ones I actually received were complete knock-offs and cheaply made. Also, delivery took over 6 weeks. When I asked to return the items, they said I could keep the clothing and get a $35.00 refund.

Response: "Dear customer: We are so sorry that our clothes don't meet your expectation. We will give you $35 as compensation, can you keep?"

Response: "Dear customer: We are so sorry that our clothes didn't meet your expectation. Are you willing to accept $64 refund and keep the item(s)?You don't need to return it."

Me: "I spent $224.00. I want a full refund and will happily return the items. Why do you post an easy return policy if it is a lie?"

After pressing again for a full refund, this was their response: "Dear customer: our general warehouse is in Dubai, we can offer US$75 refund, can you accept it?"

On their website, Olmuf.com, under the "About Us" section, they state that their products are from the USA.

"Our company has two manufacturing plants in the United States, one in Los Angeles, California and the other in Greenwood, Indiana. So our products are shipped quickly, and they are all manufactured in and shipped from the United States."

THIS IS ALL A LIE! Buyer aware.

Don't get ripped off like I did. Below are two examples of catalog images vs. the seaters I actually received. Notice the "flat" material vs the thick textured sweaters on the model.
