I am having very bad experience with ourshopee. I have ordered one camera on 12/12/2020 but till today I didn't receive my ordered product, so my time I called to their customer service number but no response at all... Even the are not reply my email. Its really very frustrating for my. I recommend to stay far from ourshopee. Don't waste your time & money
This was the first time and probably last time to deal with Ourshopee. I had purchased a bluetooth headfone from the site on 18-04-2021 (Order ID- OMR*******). The device was not functioning and I called the delivery guy to return it. He collected it on 05-05-2021 after repeated follow up. Surprisingly, there is no call center number which works for this site in Oman! Even if we call the number provided on the website, nobody will answer. Since 05th May, I am waiting for my money to be refunded. I surprisingly got a call from office before 10 days informing me that I will receive an email from them for my account number... I AM STILL WAITING THE EMAIL!. People do online shopping to make shopping easier... not to make their life hell!. Atleast have a good customer service number which answers calls. Thanks.
Tip for consumers:
Please dont purchase looking at the pictures. Try placing a review on the website, it wont work. You wont be able to review any product. That is the reason why you dont see any reviews on products. Thus, theres something fishy. Maybe its purposely made like that...right? And try calling the customer care number provided on the website...no one will answer the call!!! So you got the answer...
Products used:
I returned bluetooth headfone that I purchased. I am using the laptop table, which look not as good as in the picture on the site. But still its alright. The refund system is worst. I did not receive any refund from them till now. Moreover, there is no system to raise a complaint and follow up on their website. There is no CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER!!
Ourshopee is the best online shopping site in UAE and i purchased mostly things from there. Recently i purchased a Iphone its working good stiil now. Thanks to ourshopee.
