I booked a train and it was cancelled. I contacted the company immediately, and then over a period of a month. Long after I got home from my trip, I was offered a $3 credit for a $100 train that did not come! You can't reach a person there and I would never book with them again.
I made the mistake of booking a train through Omio and it was canceled. I wasted hour after hour dealing with their horrible customer "service," which told me to contact the train line, even though I had made no purchase with them. Of course the rain told me to contact Omio, which deliberately sends you in circles, doesn't reply, etc. When I finally got a refund, after wasting hour after hour, it was partial, which is illegal. I'd never trust anything about this site.
