“Difficult to get information on how to return an order”

I have been trying for weeks to return a shoe order. Well actually to get information on HOW to return an order. I e-mailed multiple times. Called the phone number-- no voicemail message - it just keep ringing. This is very poor business practice. Sometimes you just have to return something!
