My itinerary was adjusted to my liking, with shorter layovers and the flight cost was affordable to an economy traveller like me! My card payment was declined for security purposes but once I had sorted it out with my institution, the same ticket awaited me within the 24 hour limit since reservation! Thank you!

It's scam agent, I bought flight ticket clearly mentioned price in A$, but they charge me in USD. On calling customer support, I informed ticket is not refundable. It cost me A$ 100 extra.
I don't like the hidden charges after booking. Though I have register for my flight I am still waiting for my boarding pass? What's up with you guys. Very difficult for seniors to navigate.
Boarding passes are obtained on the airline website 24 hours before departure. Have you gone there? If you need any futher information let us know.
