Do not buy anything from Paytm mall. I trusted it because i was on an assumption that paytm has a good market name. But its fraud. They did not deliver my order and took the money. The customer care does not have any option to talk to a real human capable of problem solving

Very pathetic experience. I was purchased Rs. 5000 at Big Bazaar. Payment done through Paytm. But not get any cash back. No option for telephonic conversation with customer care. Only email is there. But they also not bother about Customer concern.

Worst experience ever with paytm customer care. Its been almost a month and they keep dragging the request with some or the other requirements. Its so frustrating that I am tired of following up with them. Does anybody has any idea how we can escalate to highest management.

Paytm is the worst site ever. They make sure to not have a customer complaint helpline too. I ordered an iphone 6 and paid Rs. ******* online but these guys are neither delivering the phone nor giving a refund. When I emailed them on *******@paytm.com, I received a standard response that we will process refund once the merchant receives back the item. How can I make sure that item is received by merchant. I have not even received it. The courier company says that paytm has only made a pick up request but has not given the phone to them for delivery. Its been over 15 days with almost 10 emails and no result.

Paytm is a sham. Suggest everyone stays away from it.

I made 2 payments of 1500 at a petrol pump.in Delhi. Both transactions failed but the amount got debited from my account.The third transaction was however successful and was transfered to the vendor. I have sent bank transaction details, failed transaction copies and a letter from the vendor that 1500 has not come to him. I sent these proof copies to Paytm through their helpline but no action in my favor has been taken.Im scared to use Paytm now

Sent me broken mobile. I sent all the proof for that to paytm. After taking about 17 days they now tell that my return request was cancelled. Asking me to wait yet for another 72 hrs. Guys please don ever buy anything in paytm and get trapped by their cheating business

I will give 0 mark of PayTM.
I had ordered an table they have given an broken one.
And I try to contact them through mail there was no replay till now for 5 days. They are not attending the call also.

Dont buy anything from Paytm. It has worst sellers with cheap products.
Specially dont buy electronics for which they are availing great discount.
Dont be greedy, use your mind and dont buy.

I bought woodland Shoes only. And trust me its like Local made shoe. My friend has same with a better quality. Flipkart and Amazon is genuine and have good customer care support.

Totally annoying service they provide. No one will assist you on there $#*!ing customer care number. Even they say this number is not existing on further services. I hate paytm more then its nasty logo.

Don't buy anything from PayTM:
1. If you cancel the order, they won't refund 100%. But in reality they deduct 4% as processing fees.
2. Customer care service is Pathetic. Was trying numerous time today to get in touch with them but they kept me on hold for all these hours. You need to be very lucky, if you want to speak to customer care. I have sent email and they supposed to reply me in 24 hrs, but still am awaiting.

Choose Amazon or Flipkart they have a very good service.

I booked 4 tickets from Goa to Bangalore on 27/09/2015.The bus got cancelled and I had to board another. After so many reminders through mail, I got the refund only for 2 tickets and for remaining 2 tickets(order no.*******500), they r telling bus was not cancelled. How is that possible for same bus. They dont even see the mail of customers.The worst part is, you can't call to customer care executive to share ur concern.So b ready for Consumer court Forum, and executives who handled my mails gonna suffer most.

Earlier it was good but now the app has become just useless. You can add money using your card but while making payment they ask for adding account. I was so embarrassed because of this app. I am not able to update my mobile no. My email Id. And their customer care are like black hole you can never contact them.
I request everyone to not use this paytm app. It is seriously let you down most of the times.

Actually I purchased a product by paying the money first, in which i got all products damaged and I raised a complaint through mail to refund my amount by taking there goods back on the same day i received, but till now i did not get any calls or messages. So never buy any goods or products from paytm,,, And one more important thing, they doesn't have any customer care number to contact them...

According to me paytm is good only for recharge service but rather than i dont like anything which i order... i order a pair of shoes for my brother but it delivered after 12 days. Very delay in delivering...

I tried to purchase a mattress from Paytm and tried to cancel it with the reason of not delivering within the specified time and no courier details for dispatch of product available. There after problems started. Nor they deliver my product not they refund my money and ultimately no coustomere care support. When ever I tried to contact them they simply send a useless link which is not usable to contact coustomere care.
Finally don't go to purchase from paytm if we got any problem no one to support and no guarantee for refund

Untimely update of tariff left me with a feeling of being cheated. Reliance 123 3G data pack is no more valid for 1 GB data. Paytm has not bothered to update the same. I recharged and got only 400 mb. Whats this?

Last two transactions were paid- debited from donor's accounts but my (receiver's) wallet has not been updated for over 12 hours now. It is an extremely delicate transaction and the customer service personnel aren't picking up my calls. Such lack of professionalism is least expected from Paytm and is Highly disappointing.

People like Uber taxi, shops are reluctant to accept payments by paytm. They reason this because of late transfer of their money received by them by upto 4 to 5bdays. Paytm is loosing its popularity and becoming a headache for the user.

I feel the product is good but the delivery process is too much slow even a metros.
If i order any of the product from paytm. I didn't get in same time which showing there.

Please improve your delivery service is good for you and customers.

I ordered casual shirt on Sunday and received it on Tuesday. Packaging is good. I like the shirt very much. I was as like as in the image. Satisfied with the product. Awesome Seller!
I haven't returned any products as of now. Don't know abt that.
