OneTravel

Hopefully I can prevent at least one person from booking with OneTravel. I needed to re-arrange business travel, so I had to cancel my flight booked through One Travel. My initial call was less than 24 hours from booking, so the rep informed me that I would be receiving a full refund in 305 days.
3-5 days pass, and I'm still getting emails that I'm on this flight. I call the same number to find out the issue, and the rep informs me that I never called, and that I could only be given 70% back my ticket price. I asked for a supervisor, and he would not allow that. I called back an hour later, the next rep informs me this is an non-refundable ticket and nothing could be done. Again, the attempt to talk to someone above him was denied.

All in all, I went from an easy experience by meeting their cancellation requirements, to a $200.00 loss after 3 separate phone calls.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

ONE-TRAVEL. Recuperated my money from a double booking I made. They really supprted me in everything and evan called me home and UA's supervisor. I finally had the money reimbursed to my accvount. Then they gave me a credit of $50, plus $100 on Am Express...

I booked a flight to Thailand and added extra charge of flight insurance in case of an emergency, and sure enough - had to cancel my flight due to my sister's surprised surgery.
They lied, ignored my insurance, refused to refund the full amount, and let me "hang" with a penalty of almost 40% the flight amount. All correspondence are lengthy full of promises, but false, there is no one in charge. They should be shot down completely. DON'T EVER BOOK A DEAL WITH THEM! They publish good prices - but can't be trusted!

Your system was easy and fast but I know the rental agency Im booked with.
So the 5 stars is for the ease of booking. Let's hope the rental has a car available.

You will not save money, and you will not get requested seating. And we are on the overbooked list for 2nd leg, with no seat assignments. Even though we bought seats and picked seats 2 months ago. Not worth any perceived savings

My experience with one travel was great I got roundtrip airline tickets for a really great price! I would definatley use one travel again for my vacation booking! It was so eay to do and I find booking trips on line is not only easy but faster and convient! I definitely recommend one travel to all my family and friends! Thanks again Tina Favale

It makes me sick that big businesses like this can manulipulate and steal from people who have their hands tied. Long story short, I changed my ticket dates and I spoke with a rep on the phone and she told me that there wouldn't be a fee to change my ticket I would just have to pay the difference of the ticket and I asked several times and she said the ticket price difference was $235 so I did it but after I got a receipt that the ticket price difference was only $35 and I was charged a $200 fee for changes. I had to call in 3 times and each rep put me on hold for at least 45 minutes and they kept hanging up the phone and then they told me that it didn't matter that they lied to me cause I agreed to pay the $235..

Now, it's not generally easy to book travel in Costa Rica on Sansa Air, one of the two airlines in CR (along with Nature Air) for intercity hops on small propeller planes. But when you book through OneTravel, via a listing on Google flights, and arrive only to be told that the agent "hadn't actually checked to see if seats are available," so that you effectively don't have tickets, it's even worse. The Sansa Air folks were quite helpful and actually got us on alternative flights, albeit 9 hours earlier for our return flight, but this isn't the type of excitement that one needs on a vacation.

In the end, we had a nice trip to Costa Rica in spite of OneTravel, not because of them. I would definitely NOT recommend them for flights within Costa Rica. Have no idea whether they perform better elsewhere.

I'm a Canadian, I was refused entry into the US and I called them to see if I could get a refund on the ticket. I was told "what do you want us to do, you bought a non-refundable ticket" then hung up the phone on me.

If your not sure if you can get into the US or if you want proper Customer Service do not use this company.

I schedule a flight, then they called me offering a premium package if I want to change or cancel my trip, I accepted. Then when I tray to change, they tried to charge me more, I told them that I payed for the premium package, they said no, that is not for that, I canceled my booking and it is not refundable, tried to book another one using the credit for the cancelled one, but this time I cannot change anything, or I have to pay more. I expend almost $us600, for a trip that I could buy for less than $300. Never again with this company.

Worst customer service. DO NOT EVER USE this site!
Waiting 3 hrs and the they sent me to next rep, wait 20 min. Sent me again to Rae, wait again, and sent me to team changes, wait, and then got interrupted. Lost 5 hrs. For nothing...

Normally, I never write a review. But here the company it's really exaggerate! I am really frustrated! They don't even worth for 1 star. If there a negative on the star I'd give it.
Everything you saw on the pub it's not true! There a hiding FEE somewhere! Be careful when you cancel your flight within 24h, there are fee! They shouldn't mention it on the page " Cancellation 24h " could be confusing. Cancel in 24hour or not they will charge you something. The difference is they will charge you the small amount within 24hours. I think it 70 $ / person and before 6pm (Canada time). And there's a fee for Travel.com 14$ too for agent service that pop out of no where in my credit card. Also be careful on USD dollars and CAN dollars!. It's really a SCAM! Anyways, I am so shame for the company when I see so many people give 1 star on the review and I am not the only one!

One travel is my favorite air ticket search site because it makes it very Easy to book a flight,they give quick response,cheaper options and agents are very patient,polite,concern, long-standing

These thieves charge you *** $75 USD *** if you cancel a reservation done on same day, that's a crime against the consumer. AVOID THEM. Its mediocre website sucks, it doesn't offer an option to select seats and no pet option either. I feel stupid for using this company who steal their clients. AVOID ONETRAVEL.com at ALL COST, they only want to suck your pocket.

Good prices bad customer service flight attendants very rude round trip. The airline was not understanding that i had to travel with 2 minors and they gave my paid seats to someone else.

Online experience so far has been awesome. Purchasing the flights was easy, they sent appropriate information ahead of time, and offered early online check in!

I booked an international return ticket between US and Pakistan. This website gave me the best price and a huge list of flights to choose from. Very convenient, definitely recommended!

%100 scam and rip off, they charged me then kept charging my card for different small amounts. The INS DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING PERTAINING TO YOUR FLIGHT... Nothing but a Horrible and nightmare experience with them would NEVER use this service again!

Simple to navigate and well documented site. A follow-up call from One Travel agent was very prompt and professionally done. Great experience all round.

If I could give it a zero I would. Don't fall for the scam. They charged my card random fees of over 140+ dollars which were never included at the final price when bought.

I have booked flight from colombo to Guangzhou China and one travel has debited additional two air fair worth of 1013 USD. I need immediate refund as it costs additional to me

It was user friendly and gave a ton of options to choose from on schedule. This is my first time booking with OneTravel and I hope not my last.
