Put me in the worst 2014 car ever. Justin talks a good game but once you sign the contract he will pass you in to someone else. All of these cars are as is. No warranty! They even lie about the reported mileage. Even if Something stops working in 24 hours they will not fix it. It's a constant battle of stress when you buy a car here. Save your money and time and go to a place like MCM in Arlington. They have warranties on every car they sell. Trust me 1 and 2 Automotive is not doing you any favors! They are liars and will have you driving back there constantly. They will bull $#*! you around over anything that's not giving them money. RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE! I will keep telling everyone I know. I've already stopped 30 Facebook sales. Thank God

What a smarmy business model! They are utilizing a misleading user interface to confuse people into purchasing things they don't need, and in fact holding themselves out as if your drivers license renewal is all taken care of and on its way.
Yes, I should have known this was a fraudulent site when I saw that all the stock photos are of very white or nearly white models.
Now they've got all my credit card info, and they charged $4 even though I didn't download anything. It's a weekend so I can't contact them. Not sure if I should cancel my credit card so they don't run up more charges... BOA recommended I do so. That would be a huge hassle. Wish I could meet these guys in a dark alley...
Original comment: They appear like cheats and liars... have to call the bank, cancel it and get a new card.
UPDATE: when contacted they replied with cancellation of transaction very swiftly. I was gratefully surprised. Perhaps they are not as bad as has been suggested, or they are 'under new management'. Either way, I am glad and can apologize for the initial response to apparently being mislead. It worked out well for me... I encourage anyone with the same issue to contact them for resolution.
Just another SCAM story here. The popup that says they are not affiliated with any government agency comes up AFTER you place your order. And. How do they get a. Org address? I thought that was for non-profit. If I could give them NO STARS, I would. How are they still in business? I called for a refund and there's a $3.99 cancellation fee. They are getting rich from cancelled orders!
Yes, it's a scam. I googled DMV drivers license renewal, and this site is the first one that comes up on google. Started filling in my information to "Renew my drivers license"... Yeah right! I realized when I didn't get a confirmation, that something was wrong. Looked at the website name, and just now saw I was NOT on the DMV website, and immediately called my bank to cancel my debit card. There was already a charge on there! Wow, these scammers are fast! Took them just a few minutes! Lesson learned, look at the website name the whole time!
Google "change address drivers license NC".
Click on first link "http://portal-nc.org" (one of their many affiliated domains)
Looks all official, doesn't it? It's not.
It's $13 to get a replacement license in NC - they charge $23 for a brochure!
First they charge $3, then $20 a couple days later.
I called my credit card company to dispute the charge (a moment after I realized what a fool I'd been in falling for their scam). The credit card company gave me their phone number. The call center person said they would refund my money after a week (?!).

Took as quick look and it appeared I could easily replace a stolen license. No way to get a temporary and not even sure they get you the replacement license. Cancelled my order when they sent me a note saying thank you for buying a road guide. I did not intend to purchase any road guide and just wanted a replacement license. They then charged me a fee to cancel. Use caution stay away. In Washington State go to License express and you will be much happier. Deliberately Misleading!
They got another one. Just wrote them an email about getting a refund and I'll call when they open. Sad.
Update - I called, they refunded me the $21.99, but not the $3.99, so I just kept calling back until they refunded the $3.99 also. I called back 5 times and harassed them. They said it will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days, so I'll update then.
This web site is a scam, it takes your money, and ignoreyour request to cancel order after you are finally told what you will actually receive from their site. I only wanted to replace my worn licenses.
Tip for consumers:
don't do it

Try to buy Visio 2013 but never download.
Shame on them! They make it look like you are renewing your license and they charge your bank account but you get nothing but some kind of book on how to renew your license! One charge to my account for 19.99 and then one for 3.99. Don't fall for this site!

Clearly their site was made to baffle with the official website of Florida. When the driver realizes that the site is a fake, it is too late, the Information has already been entered. First they charged $1, after that they charged $3 and after a few days they charged $19.99. It's a police case.
These people try to mislead you into thinking you are getting a drivers licence replacement. You are not. You have to call them to get your money back. I dont know how these people are still in business.
It seems that you are ordering you license but all that you get is the paperwork that you take to the dl office which you can get for free anywhere. The charge is $19.99 and a $3.99 processing fee. When you call for a refund they gladly give you the 19.99 refund but keep the processing fee. Think of how much money they scam off of us in a year.
This is not a re-newal site it's a scam. They hijacked the Mass. DMV site. There is a number you can call to make them refund your money. *******827. I had to threaten them with a complaint to the state attorney general to get my money back. Supposedley it will be refunded in 5-7 days. Stay tuned.

I forgot to renew my DL and was in a panic and found this site. The way they word what service they are accyally providing is anything but obvious and I'm sure they snare many people in their scam.
Even the part about not being affiliated with any government agency slipped by me at first... until I read it on the receipt. Especially since I usually do all my DMV interactions through AAA to avoid the long lines.
I send an email demanding a complete refund, and while I waited for a reply I called my bank, canceled my debit card (to be extra safe) and started the dispute process on the charges.
Don't get scammed by them like I did

I too got scammed yesterday. And today when I called the number given it could not be reached (of course). And it's so clever the way it's automatically inserted into the online driver's license renewal process. Be very careful when renewing online.
I was simply trying to renew my driver's license and without realizing got snookered into the purchase of an item I do need or want. I honestly thought I had renewed my drivers license only to discover that I had ordered something I did not want. I request that my order cancelled immediately!
It does appear that you are renewing your driver's license. However you are not. You are purchasing a e-book that tells how to go to the DMV, or how to apply on-line. All that information is already free on-line. Don't get SCAMMED.

My husband purchased this after he lost his licence. Don't bother using the phone on the bank charge. No matter what option you select, it is invalid. CALL *******827 TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK! They know it is a scam!

Got scammed, doesn't happen to me much. Called Onlin-Drivers-Licenses.org and canceled (had to encourage them to not charge me the nonrefundable $2+ processing charge). Called credit card company to make sure no charge. Site is owned by Borat Media LLC, another worthless company plaguing this country. When I looked further it seems there a lot of similar scammers out there, so be careful.
I also got scammed by them. I clicked on the texas.gov and ended up with this website that I thought I renewed my license until I got an email congrats me for buying a brochure. I responded to the email that all i wanted is renew my license. I called and an Indian guy with a heavy accent promised to send me a confirmation that he cancelled. He didn't. I called my bank and they told me is a pending charge and it should drop. It didn't. I called and emailed them again threatening them that I will contact the attorney general office for scamming people then I got a refund. Now, I'm worried that they have my checking account number.
