I'm lucky enough to have one of the warehouses 20 minutes away from me so if its in stock there I can do customer pickup and save shipping costs. Shipping on an 8 foot piece of steel can almost double the price. My last order was placed mid morning got my conformation email for pick same afternoon. Great service guys and thanks.
Experience in order process and shipping was good. Still extremely unhappy with cost of freight that exceeded by far the actual cost of shipment. I actually need more of the same item previously ordered but am seeking local or alternative sources due to the shipping cost. May order from Alibaba or Aliexpress if not local.
Received material damaged in transit. On Line Metals replaced it quickly and with no questions asked. I'm very satisfied.

Not happy,no one tall me my grill grate do not came with a frame and is was a option, plus I dint get my 15% and I can not use my grill grate,Gilbert
