Too many items I search are made in China. I am trying to only buy American or at the least, nothing from China. And sometimes I type in a search and it comes up with a totally unrelated item. I don't really like suggestions I didn't inquire about. Other than that, I am happy with what I have ordered and the clarity of shipping logistics

I have to hand it to Onlinestores.com for this recent transaction of mine. They are an outlet for a number of other sites/stores including Fireplace Sales. I bought a rather expensive piece of gear from F.S. And in spite of the "no return" policy on that item Onlinestores granted me a return as it simply didn't work for my situation (gear was not defective at all, just not right for me). It's nice to have a shop that will actually understand and work with you. Big high five to them.

Know that it’s in China not California as the address on the website says also no one will answer the phone it rings busy. They only communicate by email and it takes days.Their sizing is off. I went by the chart on the website and the coat I received measured way off. It wouldn’t fit my doge. They want me to pay to replace it. Don’t buy from them.

I ordered flags through United States Flag Store, a division of onlinestores.com. They ship out of PA and I only live in Queens NY, so I would expect the items in 2-3 business days. A USPS Priority envelope could easily have been used and would have been here in 2 days. They use UPS and it went to Ohio instead of directly to NY. I ordered on 6/17 and it's still not here even though it says it arrived at the local post yesterday. The updated delivery now says Monday June 28! This is such terrible shipping service. I am beyond disappointed and will never order from them again. I'd rather pay more and get the item in a timely manner. I wanted to buy USA made and still will shop for US items, but not through onlinestores.com.

We ordered around 30 flags total when we interacted with Onlinestores.com. I could find, purchase, and receive everything we hoped for, and then as a cherry on top, the order came with a coupon discount card to a company we don't use, but I appreciated the offer. I highly recommend and will most likely continue to utilize this company.

I like these metal clips much better than the cheap plastic ones that were supplied with the pole and flag kit! Just wish they stated they were plastic when I ordered it so I could have ordered them all at the same time!
I ordered two Gadsden Flag Adjustable Baseball Cap - Black - Dont Tread On Me. I only received one. The other was a VERY different type/style/washcloth of a similar kind of hat that I was not accustomed to. I'll probably never war it in public. Very disappointing.

I was excited when my package came but felt like a real dummy when I opened it and found the rings for my flag pole to be too small for my pole. It is totally my fault for not checking the size before I ordered. These are 1" and my old ring measures 1 1/8 inch. Or there abouts. I never thought to measure it before ordering so it is my bad. Otherwise the service was great!... I will go to the flag store in town and see if I can get the right size... which is what I should have done in the first place. Oh well! Live and learn.
I did not receive my order. My Credit card company led me to believe you were a fake company, and in a panic agreed with them. I would like to have my order. I could not believe that i spent 25 on each flag which i bough 2 that no clips came with the new flag. Its live buying a new car and when you go pick it up no tires on it. And when i call about the clips i was told go to the store and buy some. Do next time o will find another store for my new flag and clips. Thanks for nothing.
We needed several national flags one apiece. OnLineStores was the only place we could find from whom we could purchase singles. The website was a bit tricky to maneuver, but we got exactly what we wanted and got it on time. I am impressed that the order came with instructions on returning the purchase, but we are keeping the flags.

Do not buy from, this company unless you enjoy losing your money and getting crappy customer service help. Noticed once I received my receipt (a week after I bought the gift) that the address had been changed. I contacted customer service via the link in the email and received a reply two days later saying sorry but it has already shipped and the address was your fault not ours. Then I received an email saying the product has shipped, 7 hours after the email I received back from their "customer service" saying it had already been shipped? Then I contact UPS and they informed me that they can't change addresses from third party shippers until the product has been delivered and refused (not really helpful) then come to find out the sender (Onlinestores.com) requested it be delivered by USPS on a Sunday and just left at the door. No refusal possible and now someone else is enjoying my Mothers birthday present. So I left an email for customer service again and they decided it would be awesome to email to say I can freely change my address through the shipping company which happens to not even be UPS or USPS but a third company! (Information that would have been helpful when I contacted them a week and a half ago). So now I am left high and dry with no present for my mom and $60 out of pocket. Buy from people that actually care about their jobs and the service they are providing. I will never buy from them again and will blast to anyone that will listen what an awful experience this was and to steer clear unless you enjoy giving your money away for free

I placed an order for a flag and failed to note a discount code. I then placed a second order for the same item with the discount code and sent an email to customer service to cancel the first order. This was on Monday 5-29th. Received confirmation on 5-31 that both orders were shipped. Also received email from Sam jabro customer service indicating that you were unable to cancel the order as it was already shipped and advising me to get back to you with the code i wanted to add and confirm that i had created an account with you. I responded by email with the code but was not certain that i had an account. End of story i did receive both orders.
e mail from customer service stating order could not be cancelld because was already shipped. Also spoke with customer service rep who stated how many orders they process and that was the reason they couldnt respond to my email request to cancel the order before it shipped.

Flag was as described and well made; silky feel to it. Perfect size for me. I have three other flags; U.S., Great Britain, and Israel, all on sticks; makes a great display in my room.
The flags arrived sooner than expected. They are well made and will give our flower beds the patriotic look we want for the summer. Would definitely buy from this company again!
