Too many items I search are made in China. I am trying to only buy American or at the least, nothing from China. And sometimes I type in a search and it comes up with a totally unrelated item. I don't really like suggestions I didn't inquire about. Other than that, I am happy with what I have ordered and the clarity of shipping logistics
I am disappointed these are smaller than what I thought I measured from the description. But overall, they have been useful in passing out to others to wear.

Ordered may 23. More than a month later nothing arrived. Their website says 5-7 days internatiinal delivery. After a lot of emails basket4ballers say their courier is still investigating where the pack is. Asked for refund but nothing.

Onlinestores is the parent company of a wonderful store called The English Tea Store.
Onlinestores is the absolute worst to deal with should you have a problem. I've bought A LOT from the ETS and one of the items did not taste right. As it was via Amazon, I had to contact the seller. OMG, you'd think I'd committed a major crime! I don't know where these Onlinestores sellers are located, but I was treated like a thief, a sneak, for trying to dare to get a refund for a small packet of bad tasting tea (Irish Cream Tea) I'd ordered this before and had been extremely tasy. The person responding to me was very J'ACCUSE, I could see the finger wagging and the "Aha, I caught you." It was ridiculous and angering. Customer service, don't make me laugh. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting to see what these Onlinestores creatures will do. Make sure you're not dealing with Onlinestores or you'll be SORRRRYY.

Make sure if you're using The English Tea Store or any stores that have Onlinestores as a parent company you DO NOT order on Amazon. Even less chance of a resolution of any issues.

Last time I placed an order, I had a coupon code. I planned to use it, but your placement of the coupon code box I found was….unusual, and I completed the transaction before I was able to apply the code. I emailed you IMMEDIATELY after that transaction and asked if you would apply the $10 credit at your end. No. I was advised to use it on my next purchase. This IS my next purchase. Now your site/system is telling me the code is invalid. It HAS been a few months, but…there was no expiration date attached to the code, so…I'm feeling I got a raw deal and this "coupon" business is kind of shady. I was feeling really good about your company, wrote a really positive review, and have recommended you to several people. I'm not feeling really good about that now. I'm feeling duped. It's only $10, but it's kind of the principle.
Other than this issue, which has been ignored buy Online Stores, I'm a satisfied customer. The selection of products in my category has been good, prices reasonable, and delivery time excellent. Order accuracy 100% to date.
Coupon codes don’t seem “legit”. Twice was given a code, twice it didn’t work, twice was basically told, “too bad, so sad”… Prices are good anyway so I considered the coupons as “gravy” so to speak. Going forward I’m going to ignore them because I see they’re not legit. Seems like they’re asking for trouble doing that, though…

I haven't put this order out yet. I like to have a set on hand for when I need to replace the ones flying. Living on a flatland farm, our flags take a lot of weather abuse. These always hold up well.

We live on top of a hill where the wind blows constantly the Super Tough flag is the only flag that can tolerate the weather and will last up to 6 months. Our flag flies 24 hrs a day every day!
Great size flag for kids school project. My daughter had to make a famous person out of a water bottle and she chose Betsy Ross and this size flag worked perfect for it.
This did not work out for us. Our flag pole is 1 3/4" diameter; however, description for 2" diameter states that it should have worked up to 2" diameter.

The flags are exactly as described and look great. Delivered without breaking and in good time. The flag hemming and long sticks with finial look elegant.
The stick that holds the flag in the base is larger than in the past so now either have to shave the stick to fit the base or make the hole in the base larger to accommodate.
I received the flag pole before it was promised, i wont know the quality until i open it on christmas morning, hopefully it will be of good quality and my wife will like it.

I tried a jar of Folláin Jam - bought it at an Irish festival in our area. Delicious jam. Found it on-line and bought several jars- 1 for my family and bought some for Christmas gifts.
