I've been member of OnlyFans for several months, during which time I connected with an excellent creator via direct messages, tipping, custom video orders and other purchases. This week I received a notification that my account e-mail had been updated, which is not something that I initiated. As instructed in the notification, I contacted support to report the unwanted change. I also opened a ticket for them to investigate the fact that I could no longer access my account with the usual password. I noticed that all my previous history on the site had disappeared, and there were fraudulent charges amounting to $400. Several days and several messages later, OnlyFans has not responded. I'm now sorting things out with my bank and will no longer use OnlyFans. I encourage everyone to avoid this service because it is not secure and their customer support is dysfunctional.

Onlyfans has the worst customer service out of any web service of any kind. Not only do they not have a telephone number I have waited as much as five days for a ticket response. This is not just from a consumer of the site I know two contributors who are the same problem. You can try blaming too big too fast but you have some seriously high-profile people using this site. If you account is hacked there should be an 8 Hour turnaround at the very most not 5 days. I have a simple problem that needs to be fixed it will literally take 30 seconds to solve on their end but I'm on day 3 waiting. All this tells me is they're taking their money and running instead of fixing their poorly managed operations.

Be careful with onlyfans. They will sometimes not send you notifications on purpose, in order to get a extra buck.

A little background story. I have "Important subscription notifications" turned on in my user profile. Which specifically says, "Notifications about upcoming subscription renewals and expirations".

However, they only send you the notifications when a sub is going to expire. Which I have faithfully been getting from them.

BUT THEY DO NOT, send you a email for renewals. This is very misleading description or your tech support is lying. Either option doesn't look good on your part. I'm very disappointed because you are not taking ownership of your faulty tech; just so you can get a quick buck.

You should hope you never have any problems getting paid as an OF creator. I was never paid my first withdrawal, and when I reached out to their support, all they told me was "it has been deposited into x account." It has not. Today was the first time in over a month I received payment, and I guess I've just lost $74. I asked them to recall the payment so my bank could find it and reprocess it, they straight out said no. Not worth it, Elizabeph was incredibly cold and unhelpful. The platform is good if you can get paid, but I don't seem to be the only one with this issue.

Payments worked the first few times even though they don't tell you about spending limits ahead of times. Neither my credit nor debit card works anymore despite having called my bank to resolve some issues. Bank has assured me issues are on the service provider side. I reach out to the OnlyFans support and they want me to give them all kinds of details about my bank account even though I'm logged in. This website isn't worth a dime and the models should use one of the many alternatives

I read Denise was on there. And I met her years ago at at a industry party and she was very social with me. What's funny is I saw her in a interview on Stern and she is the most raunchiest women I ever heard talking about sex acts details and sizes of mens members. Yet her photos I saw are censored in the areas most want to see even her rear. But tries to come across as a sweet down home mom with 3 kids. Never heard any stupid celeb talk so open about their sex life like her. Or she was just doing it for attention to get more work as shes not a young pretty sexy woman anymore at 52.

It's terribly slow, videos are constantly buffering, the quality of video is low as well as security level. And of course there are bunch of scammers who try to con you, take your money and wipe out your credit card at every opportunity. Girls avoid doing what was agreed. The majority of them are lazy and they don't care about their ratings. There are some really hot girls on Onlyfans too, but in order to find them you have to sort off plenty of rubbish and it all takes plenty of time and money.

Huge % of scammers! It's a total and outrageous scam. Paid $500 for videos that I never received. Feels like more girls are using onlyfans as a platform for fraud.
Another thing that drives me crazy is their customer service, they make it confusing and difficult to delete you profile. I'll never spend a dime again on this platform, customer service is awful.
