I ordered 3 phone covers from this website in February. When I finally got the package two and a half weeks later, I only received 2 covers and one of them was not what I ordered even though the packing slip stated what I did order. I contacted the company and they told me the other products were not available and they didn't know when they would be. They gave me some alternatives that I could get as a replacement but I wasn't interested in those. I emailed again after looking at their choices pictured on their website and told them 3 alternates I would be interested in. That was a month ago and I still have not heard back or received the replacements. I did email one more time in hopes they would reply. TERRIBLE customer service! I'm pretty disgusted!
