It's my first time booking a flight with any third party site and so was very stressed but the price was very attractive so went ahead and called and was guided very well by Kalan who put me at ease and helped me book the ticket online. I didn't like that they could not do it for us. But guess in a way it's good that we don't have to give our card details to anyone. Immediately after I booked I got my e ticket in a min and I checked the ticket with booking details on the airline site and it was there. Was able to put my meal details and was at ease. I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Oojo.com in case others have faced the same issue. I booked business class tickets they advertised for $5,063.88, which was significantly lower than other competitors. The price seemed like a great deal, so I completed the booking and my credit card was charged. However, instead of issuing the tickets, they later sent me an updated "optimized travel plan" quoting a much higher price (around $7,400). When I asked for the tickets at the original price, they claimed that the price had increased because the seats were no longer available. What's shocking is that even after telling me the lower price was unavailable, they continued to display the fake price on their website for days, misleading other potential customers. This bait-and-switch practice is unacceptable and feels incredibly dishonest.
Agent Euphrasia was so kind and helpful! She said I could call for additional requests/concerns, help book a trip for my daughter and will personally help me with whatever I need. She was exactly what I needed to feel confident to book/fly again….haven't gone on a trip since 2015.

She changed my flight to come back from Hong Kong to LAX with the penalty amount that I have to pay $379.30. She did the change very efficiently and promise me to call me back to select the isle seat for me. I need to go to bathroom a lot plus my back hurts a lot and need to get up and walk around all the time on the plane.

Booked a flight through OOJO in February with Egypt air from MSY to JED. Flight scheduled was changed by airline. Alternative flight were with long layover. Asked for refund in February. It took almost 3 month to cancel flight and still waiting on the refund. Customer service just copy and paste email weekly letting me know they are working on refund. Horrible customer service and company

I was so excited to see the price of my ticket from Texas to Amman Jordan. I paid almost $2000 for a similar ticket in May to the same destination through ASAP tickets. I will be using this service from now on.

I had never heard of Oojo, found them through Kayak but they had a good deal. Saw mixed reviews about them, was honestly worried about it being questionable but I trusted Kayak so I bit the bullet and booked a flight with them.
I got an email confirmation and it said to wait between 1-24 hours for a ticket confirmation. Was a little worried, an hour later I get a call from someone from Oojo to confirm that I received the ticket and sure it was there. I logged into the airline website and it confirmed my tickets. It was legit and it was an awesome deal, they got me better tickets than I expected (it included checked bags and seat selection) at 30% less than the airline (icelandair) website. Thrilled to bits!
The employee told me that Oojo has been around for 15-20 years and they were a B2B consolidator for tickets. They are now providing the same discount pricing directly to retail customers. Can't ask for more!

The online booking was simple and quick. Confirmation emails are quick too. A rep even called to make sure everything is right and provided direct phone number for contact. Only thing that may need to improve is that ITA Airways, the airline that provides the flight services couldn't confirm the booking until I called them and ask for the confirmation..

Dont use this agency for anything. They lie and do not honor the things they sell. Run, run away. Book with the airline and get what you need.
I would rate a zero if I could NEVER use them for anything. I bought an economy flight from lax to Sydney through Fiji. They booked a different grade flight that had no luggage included and can not be adjusted. They also sold flight insurance and will not honor that because the fiji airline grade does not allow changes. They will not honor their own insurance and oojo blames the airline for not allowing changes. Don't use this agency for any thing.
Tip for consumers:
Run away run away NEVER USE OOJO. go directly to the airline site or you will be scammed.

The airline sent me a notice that a leg of my long international flight had been cancelled. I called the customer service line and withing 5 minutes was speaking to a live agent. Yurany kept me on the line the entire time, checked several flight options and answered all of my questions. She had me booked on a new flight within 15-20 minutes. I am very happy with how quickly and professionally this matter was handled.

I got double charges on my credit card upon booking my trip. I was told there would be extra charges by Ojoo if I had to make changes and was told to take the travel protection. I cancelled one leg of my trip and never got my money back. Ojoo claim to have refunded my credit card but the credit card company never received it. I been trying to get my $600 dollars back for the last 3 months and finally had to file a dispute with credit card company. If you go with Ojoo don't expect any refund. Beware if you have to make any changes.
