It is usually difficult to trust third parties while booking tickets, especially international flights that are very costly. But Oojo made it easy, sent immediate updates on email, and provided all the required information and flight details.
I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Oojo.com in case others have faced the same issue. I booked business class tickets they advertised for $5,063.88, which was significantly lower than other competitors. The price seemed like a great deal, so I completed the booking and my credit card was charged. However, instead of issuing the tickets, they later sent me an updated "optimized travel plan" quoting a much higher price (around $7,400). When I asked for the tickets at the original price, they claimed that the price had increased because the seats were no longer available. What's shocking is that even after telling me the lower price was unavailable, they continued to display the fake price on their website for days, misleading other potential customers. This bait-and-switch practice is unacceptable and feels incredibly dishonest.
They were able answers my questions and I like their hospitality and comprehension to me. Well done

I appreciate the personalized customer service after I purchased the ticket. Someone from customer service called me personally to make sure I avail of services that are useful to me. However my follow-up questions in the email were not answered until now. That's why I can't give 5 starts.

Very annoyed getting an international flight and booking through Skyscanner using Oojo. Several times I have "booked" my ticket, only for my ticket to NOT be booked at all, but in the queue for a representative to book it. By that time either my seat was taken or the price had changed, and they call me to rebook - either at an increased price, or a lower quality airline. A classic bait-and-switch! I don't need this hassle and delay - I want the tickets I SPENT THE TIME FINDING!

Booked my tickets with a ohoo online, no update on the Airline confirmation. I made call to customer service for a verification call and completed within 15 minutes. Reached out to Customer support more than 10 times and created ticket multiple times to booking agent, no one reached out to me. I repeatedly told them that I have to book some more tickets based on this confirmation, but no one told me proper reason for the delay. They connected me multiple times to sales department, but call will be disconnected automatically after 2 minutes hold. While talking to customer service one guy was recommending to cancel this reservation. Worst mindset. After that wrote to customer support email address and multiple follow up with them on email also, no one responded back. After 32 hours my ticket got issued.

I like the typically lower prices that appear on the OOJO Website. I also like that you can actually talk to a representative. What I don't like is that twice now I have been caught in the middle. Once the airline changed the times of the connecting flights with the second flightr leaving nefore the first flight arrived. The airline said I had to change the flight with the third party (Booking.com). Booking.com said the airline would not let them make the change. Yesterday with OOJO, I asked to ad a bag to my luggage. OOJO says this is done on the airline's Website. The airline (SAS) wouldn't let me do this, and sent me back to OOJO. I will probably pay for the bag at the airport.-

This is my first time booking through Oojo. Customer Service does not respond or answer my calls. It is standard to have 24 hours to cancel a flight after booking. However, I'm not able to get a hold of anyone and the call keeps dropping after holding for an hour. This makes me very uncomfortable with trusting this service.

It's much easier to search and having option of alternate dates is a great asset.
I loved it and this really helped me save good dollar amount.

This company is the worse company to get your tickets with,me and my husband purchased our tickets and the protection plan on them,because we work a lot and we thought we can always change them, and we had to change them and we had to pay an absurd fee to change them.After a month we decided we needed to change them,again because of work,and they told me that I already used my benefits on the ticket and is a one time benefit,when we never even had part of that,we had to re pay an absurd fee to change our tickets.
