One of my flights was cancelled so I had to change it. They gave me the best options and I was able to pick a even better connection flight. I am very happy with their service! The wait time on hold less then 1 minute, the overall conversation less then 10 minutes.

When I asked for the tickets at the original price, they claimed that the price had increased because the seats were no longer available. What's shocking is that even after telling me the lower price was unavailable, they continued to display the fake price on their website for days, misleading other potential customers. This bait-and-switch practice is unacceptable and feels incredibly dishonest.
This last agent was wonderful. Easy to understand, clear and knowledgeable. And I have to believe was able to confirm my ticket. The other agents from yesterday, and a call in early Oct. Gave me incorrect information re: seat assignments and never indicated my airline-incurred flight changes were never confirmed, resulting in hours on the telephone and web sites w/you and Turkish Air. All in all, a very stressful and time consuming experience.

OOJO has been shown to flood the web with fake positive reviews but it is truly just the opposite. Many people including myself have lost a lot of money to OOJO. Use a good well known trusted site of go with the airline direct. You may pay a little more for your ticket but it will save you thousands later.

Suggestion: at the end, the website did not automatically notify me that the ticket had been purchased (the bee just kept hovering its wings for 30 minutes).It was only when I checked my email that I knew that the ticket had been issued.

Turkish air changed one leg of my flight to something I can't use, then cancelled the return trip, effectively ruining my vacation. OOJO has not issued a refund making it impossible for me to rebook anything. They are using delay and stall tactics, and are trying to keep $600 of my money. I would give negative stars if that were possible.
Stay away from Oojo, thieves and liars with no concern for their customers.

avoid oojo at all costs. worst travel co I've ever used.

The ticket purchase process was straightforward, but the credit card transaction did not go through until someone from Oojo customer service called me to verify all the details. They finalized the ticket purchase for me shortly after that.

This is my first time booking from Oojo. Initially I did the booking immediately, without even thinking twice from the page kayak.com. When I received the email from Oojo it only had confirmation number and nothing related to Qatar, for a while I questioned if it was legit. So I immediately called their Customer service and they were quick and nice to answer. I even asked if this is a legit website and the customer service really answered nicely.
I told them I haven't received the booking reference number. They assured me saying that it will be available in one hour and I think within half an hour I received the ticket. I checked the booking with Qatar Airways and it looked Amazing! It Worked!

Just before booking a Turkish Airlines ticket through Oojo, I hesitated, wondering about seat choice on a couple of very long legs. I called the customer service number, and a very knowledgeable man answered all my questions satisfactorily. My only suggestion would be for Oojo to have a pop-up box during its reservation algorithm about seating, since I'm sure I'm not the only customer doubting at the last minute if I'll have any control over my seating choices. Other sites force you into picking seat after expensive seat, but it's also unnerving not to have any information about post-ticket seating freedom before completing the purchase.
