It is usually difficult to trust third parties while booking tickets, especially international flights that are very costly. But Oojo made it easy, sent immediate updates on email, and provided all the required information and flight details.
I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Oojo.com in case others have faced the same issue. I booked business class tickets they advertised for $5,063.88, which was significantly lower than other competitors. The price seemed like a great deal, so I completed the booking and my credit card was charged. However, instead of issuing the tickets, they later sent me an updated "optimized travel plan" quoting a much higher price (around $7,400). When I asked for the tickets at the original price, they claimed that the price had increased because the seats were no longer available. What's shocking is that even after telling me the lower price was unavailable, they continued to display the fake price on their website for days, misleading other potential customers. This bait-and-switch practice is unacceptable and feels incredibly dishonest.
Oojo was helpfull with my booking. Very nice flight options to Addis Ababa. I had some questions regarding travel restrictions and there was a pleasant customer care person who answered everything with patience.

Fast and convenient service. I've booked flight tickets with Oojo twice during the last 6 months and have no regrets, only positive experience. I am sorry for those who have had negative experience but I think at this time of uncertainty and Covid everyone is struggling to keep their businesses. Be aware when they selling you protection! The guy over the phone told me I am protected with emergency bill in the case something happen me on my trip AND HE LIE TO ME! Very unhappy customer! Never again will not buy with them ticket and will write everywhere my bad experience I been fraud and cheated to just buy that extra insurance! SHAME!

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews! I honestly will never book a flight with anyone else. I needed to book a last minute flight and the price was insane! The lowest I found was for 400$. I then found this agency and called them, Fargo was amazing! He helped me find a flight for Just 190$. He was really helpful and explained everything to me and didn't try to scam me or anything! He also explained the flight insurance and the risk that will happen if I don't buy this and then wanted to change the flight (I didn't buy it because I have school and knew that I won't change it). Everything was clear, you guys should just be careful and read everything if you aren't sure about your plans. I would strongly recommend them!

I purchased my tickets from OOJO on November 25 2021. On December 10.2021 I was at O'hare airport waiting to be checked for my flight. Apparently, the Indian government had canceled all visas issued before October of this year. I didn't know of this fact, so Etihad airline employees put my ticket on hold until I got my visa since it wasn't my fault. I also spoke to a OOJO representative who told me that I would only need to pay the differences in the fare. After my visa was approved, I contacted them to change the dates on my ticket. For the past 2 days I've been on hold with one representative then he/she transfers me to another one who tells me that "another" customer care department is in charge of cases like mine. Afterwards he/she tells me that I will receive a call back within 24 hours. Now 48 hours later (still waiting), I have not received anything. I'm a patient guy but this is just ridiculous. I would give them zero stars if I could. Trust me go somewhere else.

Yesterday when I was booking a flight on Kayak, it directed me to Oojo. I purchased the ticket. After sometime Oojo's agent called me and advised I can save $300 if I change my onward travel by + /- 1 day which I readily agreed. I am happy he took time to call me and gave money saving advise. I booked a flight back in June for late September. Never received ticket but did receive a confirmation email. I called in July asking about the ticket and she said I would receive something in a couple days. I did not receive anything so I sent an email. No response to my email. I also called. During this call I was informed that the trip is no longer available. What upsets me the most, is that I did not receive one email, phone call, etc. that the flight was cancelled. NOTHING. I hate that - that particular flight was cancelled but it is more bothersome to me that no one was going to tell me. I lost it a little on customer service, which I do regret, but it is emotional when you are trying to get somewhere and then have to start from scratch - it changed all of the plans/hotels, etc. that was made. Lesson learned, I guess. I do not recommend this site. I will call every day until I get a refund.

This is a real headache. Customer service is trap. They don't respond. I bought two tickets, unfortunately tried to change the date 3 days before my flight, they told me they will call with a new date which they didn't. After a week they gave me an open ticket up to a year. I paid for the penalty and changed the date after a month now they said your ticket canceled due to not show up. They are thief.
