It is usually difficult to trust third parties while booking tickets, especially international flights that are very costly. But Oojo made it easy, sent immediate updates on email, and provided all the required information and flight details.
I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Oojo.com in case others have faced the same issue. I booked business class tickets they advertised for $5,063.88, which was significantly lower than other competitors. The price seemed like a great deal, so I completed the booking and my credit card was charged. However, instead of issuing the tickets, they later sent me an updated "optimized travel plan" quoting a much higher price (around $7,400). When I asked for the tickets at the original price, they claimed that the price had increased because the seats were no longer available. What's shocking is that even after telling me the lower price was unavailable, they continued to display the fake price on their website for days, misleading other potential customers. This bait-and-switch practice is unacceptable and feels incredibly dishonest.
Protecting the client security is the most important in today fraudulent market, highly trained staff, oojo is first on my list when it comes to travel, thank you

From all of I've ever experienced before I can say that Oojo is the best resource to look for Middle East flights. Tried them also for a domestic flight and it was OK, but the deal I got for Pakistan was terrific and cheaper than anything I could find on my own.

Lesson learned — just buy directly from the airline or use Hopper or Expedia. Using Oojo, I ended up paying twice the price I should have paid for. Why? Because Oojo has a "new system" and lost my ticket that I bought months ago. I had a confirmation and I guess Oojo's Itinerary but not one from the airline itself. I spent hours on hold with them, everyone telling me that it's fine, it will come through, payment is processed — no itinerary, no nothing at that point. I told the two different ladies I talked to that it was strange I didn't have an email from IcelandAir yet: "Oh, don't worry they said. This is normal." Finally last night — 2 days before my trip — someone admits they lost the tickets and can't get the same price. They won't match their old price, nothing. They should have at least paid the difference in cost of the new flight — they totally messed up. There was zero effort to fix it and the price they started quoting me to re-purchase the same flight was more expensive than what the airline cost. It was truly unbelievable. Anyways, I was able to get the charges reversed but like I said, just a nightmare experience that left me with a ticket that cost 2x what it should have cost (I just went directly through the airline to fix this), a headache and a lesson learned. Stay away from Oojo!
Tip for consumers:
Even if it costs a bit extra, it's safer to buy tickets directly from the airline. Also, there are less "sketchy" travel agencies that will match the price if they mess up so you don't end up paying for everything when something goes wrong. So just stay away from Oojo!

Buying the ticket is easy if you don't go through all terms and conditions especially "AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND TRAVELTECH Corp" where it comes to the change of the flight date and fees. The customer service is horrible. They didn't have any date available in first conversation and in second contact, after a long wait they had to send me an email. What is important here is that at any point of time during the purchase on-line they will not let you know about an extra charge of $150.00 for "OOJO Processing fee" beside other fees, if you decide to make a change in flight date. You can only know about it when you read the "AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND TRAVELTECH Corp".

We purchased ticket in February 2021 online and our agent happen to be Sahil. At first when we cantacted him for schedule change he said it requires $150 more and when we contacted Turkish airlines they said there is no extra cost. That's when the problem began and he would ignore the call or sometime put on hold and hung up the call. We canceled the ticket and had huge problem on the refund. After contacting the customer helpline and all, we talked and he aggreed for partial refund of $553 out of $950 which he said will take about 25-30 days to reflect. It never did after that I have called them almost every week. Oojo.com says it has to be done by the agent, also I have talked to several of his people but they don't tell me what's exactly going on like they are doing in intensonly. I was told that I will get call back several y times but never did. This is the worst way of cheeting people. Same on you.

I purchased all of my flights with travel protected yet still I had to insure that I would be protected however despite my efforts and additional cost to money still they claimed it was non refundable and kept half of the money. This is very poor service and should not be used. HOW ARE THEY SELLING TRAVEL PROTECTION THAT DOESNT PROTECT!

I booked a flight and got an email notification with reservation code and everything. Then I got an email stating get ready for your flight, standard information about the country and customs.
A couple days go by and I don't see my ticket just the first confirmation email - so I call them and request information, they say they can't see the reservation and tell me to call another number.
I call the other number and they say it's never been ticketed - the transaction didn't go through. After being on hold they tell me that I can book again but it's now $600 more than when I booked a few days ago - nobody called or emailed to tell me something was wrong. Now I'm told something went wrong but it's not their problem, will not take accountability.
The best they could offer is that if I book the higher fare, they'll give me $25 voucher for NEXT TIME - like next flight in the future - after I book and complete this more expensive flight. Just made me wonder how is this offer not an insult? The guy on the phone even said well if you find a cheaper flight go with them, I can't give you the same price anymore. How are they operating a business like this?

I purchased my ticket with travel protection. I tested positive for Covid-19 few days to my travel. I informed Oojo that I wouldn't be able to travel and that I wanted to cancel my ticket for a refund. They asked for my test result and I provided it. The agency assured me that the airline (EgyptAir) will refund me the fare after thirty days. I kept following up with OOJO and they kept giving me false assurances that everything was fine. When the thirty days period elapsed, I emailed the agency and they said that they have received my refund and that the has been sent to my account. These are all LIES. After waiting for more than 24 hours and checking my account constantly, I realized that there was no refund. I called the agency and they now said that EgyptAir declined the request for a refund.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with any travel agency. Please save yourself the troubles by not using them. They are horrible.

I took off a star because the website is not working correctly, and for inconsistent terms.
1) They made a duplicate booking that they cancelled but did not inform me. I received multiple confirmation e-mails and had to contact support to figure out which was correct because I was not properly informed of what occurred.
2) They do not use consistent terms. On the My Bookings login they use Booking Id, but nothing in the confirmation e-mail indicates booking id. When I tried the confirmation Ids in the e-mail, the site says it could not find any reservation. When I used the cancelled Ids, it said my PNR number was changed. This is yet another term without explanation. I had to call to get a person to explain, at which point they gave me the airline confirmation number and I had to use that directly with the airline instead of the Oojo website.
So far calling them directly has resolved any questions. I almost want to dock 2 stars, because any further issues would not be a 3-star rating.

I'm not one to provide lengthy reviews. The site was easy to navigate. I was contacted by a human to verify everything to keep me updated on the booking process. So far a good experience. I have not taken the flight yet, so I don't know how they will handle unexpected issues, so consider that with my rating.
I would recommend that they make the insurance option be more configurable, as I found it was not enough for my needs.

Booked a flight with this company 3 months ago, the flight got cancelled due to weather and they are ready to refund the money but Oojo paid the airline not with my personals credit card that I provided them but with their own company card an expired card the airline has not been able to refund them the money until they provided Airline with an updated Credit card I have been calling this company every week for 3 months now and every time I get the same answer do not worry Ma'am, yes worry and stay away from this company hopefully no one needs to get money back from them cause you will never get it back,
