It is usually difficult to trust third parties while booking tickets, especially international flights that are very costly. But Oojo made it easy, sent immediate updates on email, and provided all the required information and flight details.
I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Oojo.com in case others have faced the same issue. I booked business class tickets they advertised for $5,063.88, which was significantly lower than other competitors. The price seemed like a great deal, so I completed the booking and my credit card was charged. However, instead of issuing the tickets, they later sent me an updated "optimized travel plan" quoting a much higher price (around $7,400). When I asked for the tickets at the original price, they claimed that the price had increased because the seats were no longer available. What's shocking is that even after telling me the lower price was unavailable, they continued to display the fake price on their website for days, misleading other potential customers. This bait-and-switch practice is unacceptable and feels incredibly dishonest.

Be very careful! I bought an expensive ticket to Brazil for two months. I found out later that I could not take any bags. This information was not visible at all. If it were, I would not have bought it. Oojo's customer service did not help me at all. During the several calls, the employees would either lie that they would solve the problem or the person would not help at all. The last employee told me that they just sell the ticket, and that I have to buy the bags if I want any. It became very clear to me that, on their website, they sell a fare that should be much cheaper because it does not include bags for much more money, and they purposefully do not inform the customer about the bags. The customer then finds out that they do not have the right to take bags, so s/he must buy those bags from the airline. I am going to inform the travel company that Oojo is doing this. According to them, they are not obligated to add that information there. So, be very careful with this website! I have always bought tickets with Expedia, and they have been excellent. I deeply regret why I bought this ticket from Oojo. Oojo is not an honest company. This was my first time using it, and it became a nightmare. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM. If you feel that you have been scammed by this company, let's join forces and put it out of market, so that they do not keep scamming people any longer.

Read the reviews before buying from them. They sell expensive tickets and do not tell you that you cannot take any luggage.

You don't deserve even one star, there should 0 given to you! All these five star reviews are fake, people should stay away from you! I should have read the true reviews before buying tickets through you! The Turkish airline cancels the flight because of mechanical issues and they change the flight date to the next day. Since I used you for buying tickets, I am told by Turkish airlines to contact you and change it immediately to the next day. I call you at 9 pm, while still at the airport. Everyone starts changing their tickets to the next day. I was told by OOJO customer service that my situation is emergency and it has been escalated right away. I should be able to receive a phone call within the next minutes with updated tickets. And nothing happens for an entire hour. Everyone is changing their tickets and they are successful. I call to the Turkish airlines and am told that because I use OOJO as my agency, they should be the one to change my tickets. I call back to you and am told that someone is handling this, I should receive a phone call within a few minutes. Nothing happens till midnight! I called to Turkish airlines and plead to change my tickets as this OOJO failed to do their job! The Turkish airlines informs they are happy to help, but this agency made it impossible to Turkish airlines to change my ticket! They made it private! It's now 2 am and I call to OOJO about the new ticket. Guess what they told me? They said, why don't I just talk to Turkish airline rep as they are unable to help me? And that, I should pay the difference for the ticket change! What a joke! You were not able to change my tickets and by the time Turkish airline decided to take the matters into their hands, it was too late! The flight to the next one was fully booked and I still can't fly! You are a joke and not agency! I was told by other people that successfully changed their tickets to never use third parties like these ever again! I should have just purchase my tickets through the airline directly and save a headache.
