It's my first time booking a flight with any third party site and so was very stressed but the price was very attractive so went ahead and called and was guided very well by Kalan who put me at ease and helped me book the ticket online. I didn't like that they could not do it for us. But guess in a way it's good that we don't have to give our card details to anyone. Immediately after I booked I got my e ticket in a min and I checked the ticket with booking details on the airline site and it was there. Was able to put my meal details and was at ease. I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Oojo.com in case others have faced the same issue. I booked business class tickets they advertised for $5,063.88, which was significantly lower than other competitors. The price seemed like a great deal, so I completed the booking and my credit card was charged. However, instead of issuing the tickets, they later sent me an updated "optimized travel plan" quoting a much higher price (around $7,400). When I asked for the tickets at the original price, they claimed that the price had increased because the seats were no longer available. What's shocking is that even after telling me the lower price was unavailable, they continued to display the fake price on their website for days, misleading other potential customers. This bait-and-switch practice is unacceptable and feels incredibly dishonest.
The webpage is simple and easy to browse. However, it would be more convenient if My Booking webpage can show my total ticket price info including Travel Care Service purchase for $99.45. I like to view all info on ONE page. Overall 4 stars

I booked a ticket from LAX to BOM - the First Outbound connecting flight got delayed, rescheduling the next flight we were barred from boarding the next connecting flight, and neither the airline nor OOjO took any responsibility for our hassle. Both were pointing fingers at each other.
The travel care package sold by OOJO for $159 is a joke and got wasted when the airline took over our tickets. We bought the package in case we had to reschedule the return flight but now it is no longer applicable and it is of course not refundable.
Never buy tickets from these agencies. You will be left hanging by both parties when operational delays happen.
Tip for consumers:
Never buy airline tickets from OOJO, they have little to no control over the tickets once they are sold and under some changes by the airline. You will be left hanging, stressed, and paranoid about missing your critical personal commitments.

We endured 38 hours of the outbound flight which was planned for 22 hrs
We are still struggling to reschedule/make changes to my return flight.

I would give zero stars if possible. This company is scam. Someone used my credit card fraudulently to make a purchase. When I called about it, every representative said the fraud department would call me back. No one from fraud department called me back. The charges have gone through, and the company will not resolve the issue. This company is involved with fraud. Stay away!

Bought two round trip tickets to Colombia. At the airport the flight was canceled. It has now been almost TEN MONTHS and they are still giving me the runaround. Over $1000.00 lost by using Oojo instead of buying direct through the airline. Nothing left to do but to go to small claims court.
Do not use Oojo- if your flight is cancelled you have lost your money!

But, my problems came when my Credit Card Bank denied the purchase without calling me. This is the kind of transaction that should not have been interfered with without notice. I bought Three airline tickets April-2023 through Oojo. They over charged me $717. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the extra charge of $717, but unfortunately, I couldn't get the money back as Oojo said I agreed to the purchase, which I never did. I am posting about this company on different websites and social media platforms, in order to warn people and expose their deceptive business practices. They even asked me to pay tips to their employees after I finalized my ticket purchase.

I am booking with OOJO the second time for my annual trip. They always have the cheapest ticket prices in the market. Their service is great as well. They always call back and confirm. You can purchase ticket/travel insurance for $99 if you are not sure.
