It is usually difficult to trust third parties while booking tickets, especially international flights that are very costly. But Oojo made it easy, sent immediate updates on email, and provided all the required information and flight details.
I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Oojo.com in case others have faced the same issue. I booked business class tickets they advertised for $5,063.88, which was significantly lower than other competitors. The price seemed like a great deal, so I completed the booking and my credit card was charged. However, instead of issuing the tickets, they later sent me an updated "optimized travel plan" quoting a much higher price (around $7,400). When I asked for the tickets at the original price, they claimed that the price had increased because the seats were no longer available. What's shocking is that even after telling me the lower price was unavailable, they continued to display the fake price on their website for days, misleading other potential customers. This bait-and-switch practice is unacceptable and feels incredibly dishonest.
This is my first time booking through Oojo. Customer Service does not respond or answer my calls. It is standard to have 24 hours to cancel a flight after booking. However, I'm not able to get a hold of anyone and the call keeps dropping after holding for an hour. This makes me very uncomfortable with trusting this service.

It's much easier to search and having option of alternate dates is a great asset.
I loved it and this really helped me save good dollar amount.
I only have to check - they can cancel tickets in 24 hrs, which I belive they do(but have to confirm)

This company is the worse company to get your tickets with,me and my husband purchased our tickets and the protection plan on them,because we work a lot and we thought we can always change them, and we had to change them and we had to pay an absurd fee to change them.After a month we decided we needed to change them,again because of work,and they told me that I already used my benefits on the ticket and is a one time benefit,when we never even had part of that,we had to re pay an absurd fee to change our tickets. They are the worse never again buying thru them

Booked my trip through OOJO at a great price but the airline changed the departure time and I couldn't make my connecting flight. Called OOJO and within minutes I was confirmed for a new flight for the same date that would allow me to make my connection. Great job OOJO! I'm recommending you to my friends!

Read the fine print before you buy tickets from OOJO. They charge you a processing fee of $250 before processing your refund even though there is no penalty assessed by the airline.
I booked a return travel for my family through them. My family was denied boarding on the return flight due to a baggage delay at check in counter of several passengers ahead of them. As a result I had to scramble at the last minute to book more expensive one way return flight for my family. We contacted OOJO and explained the situation and requested them to process a refund of the unused portion of the ticket. They did process the refund but charged us a hefty processing fee for the refund per ticket. This was very unreasonable as there was no penalty/fees charged by the airline itself.
It is better to book directly with the airline. That way you may not get the best deal but at least you will not be fleeced when you miss your flight for no fault.

Very bad service & deceived Workers to sell the airline tickets! Just snitching your money through fraud even you paid extra for cancelation fee during book your booking! I never ever see like this traveling service and agency since I am traveling! I want my full amount back because I already paid my cancellation fee!
I paid $743.10 for one side ticket with cancellation fee! And they refund me only $373.70 they detect almost $369.40 including fee of cancelation fee and when I talk to them for the next date they charged $300 extra for reschedule flight! What about those amount which I already paid extra fee for the cancelation?

The website is fast. The booking page is clear and direct. The trip cost information is upfront and does not hide anything. Bad experience. Always has an issue with a flight they say is available. In actuality it is not and results in the change of times and company for the flight. Had a Oojo customer service member try to push insurance on me multiple times even though i refused. Oojo did over charge me for the flight as they emailed me a breakdown of the payment and shows that the total should be 182.00$ Instead they charged me 196.00$. I need this fixed.

It took at least 3 emails with support to get an answer from them about my missed flight. They simply did not respond timely. In addition, we had to reschedule our flight and they kill you with fees to the point where you save like $100 by rebooking with them instead of buying new tickets directly from the airline. The airline told us they will issue a refund if we contact the agency, they made this very clear and it was the only solution. Oojo would not issue a refund and want us to reschedule a flight, we already know this game. They rip you off in fees. Do not buy from this agency.

Fraud! They were very nice people until I bought the ticket. After that, I meant absolutely nothing to them. They refused to board my daughter because her passport was expiring in less than 6 months. I called them to reschedule my daughter and wife, but they said no. They told me that if we didn't board right away, we would lose the ticket. Obviously, my 5-year-old daughter couldn't board, and they didn't notify me when I entered the passport information. Then they told me that I would be considered a no-show and lose the ticket. But how can I be a no-show when I'm right here at the airport talking to you and trying to board?
I suggested buying two one-way tickets and using my return tickets, but they said no. They told me that if I didn't board right away, I would lose my whole ticket. I was like, "What? I paid for a round-trip ticket, and if I don't board for the first trip, for whatever reason, I lose the return as well?" It made no sense, but they told me that "it is what it is."
When I talked to customer service, they asked if there was anything they could help me with. I replied, "You didn't even fix my issue." They said that I had lost my tickets, and they refused to let me use my return trip tickets.
This company separated my family during a family vacation and they will face a lawsuit.

I had a few questions for Oojo. It was very easy and fast to get a real person on the phone. What's more, the person was most helpful and patient for this elderly person who is hard of hearing.
