It is usually difficult to trust third parties while booking tickets, especially international flights that are very costly. But Oojo made it easy, sent immediate updates on email, and provided all the required information and flight details.
I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Oojo.com in case others have faced the same issue. I booked business class tickets they advertised for $5,063.88, which was significantly lower than other competitors. The price seemed like a great deal, so I completed the booking and my credit card was charged. However, instead of issuing the tickets, they later sent me an updated "optimized travel plan" quoting a much higher price (around $7,400). When I asked for the tickets at the original price, they claimed that the price had increased because the seats were no longer available. What's shocking is that even after telling me the lower price was unavailable, they continued to display the fake price on their website for days, misleading other potential customers. This bait-and-switch practice is unacceptable and feels incredibly dishonest.
Dhimon made it a pleasant experience completing and correcting my name on my plane reservation. Very professional, called back and followed up with the completion of the booking.

Booking was easy. Be aware, though - tickets are not issued immediately, and to book seats, etc, I had to take my confirmation number and go to the airline's website. Not horrible, but be aware.

Ones they get your money they will not care about you. I have bought a ticket and they refused to help me with changing dates unless i pay them 250 plus the airlines charging fee and I asked the agent before I buy for the price they charge to chabge the ticket and they told me it is only 75 and I asked to talk to a supervisor and they told me that supervisors won't take calls! I am disputing the transaction and will advise anyone to stay away from these scammers

I did not permit nor would I like to be called (more than once) for decisions made to the flight.
I was not only called multiple times, I was also emailed and texted which is just too much. I spoke to someone over the phone I do not need to be battered into spending more money.
I would like to know how to inactivate these options. Or it would be best to be able to solely provide ONE mode of contact.

This OOJO is cheating and stealing my money. I booked my flight ticket from NYC to Bangkok with travel insurance which was $59.45. Their terms and policies clearly stated, "We would like to remind you that should you need to cancel your trip and refund your ticket(s), you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure date. You can do so with one of our agents by calling. You can also cancel your reservation by contacting the airline directly. No-show tickets are not eligible for Travel Care Service benefits or any exchange". In the beginning, I tried to rescheduled my flight12 days before the departure date, but they charged me $965 which was way more than booking a new ticket from other airlines. Again, when I tried to cancel it, they said I would not get the refund for the ticket. The representative, Azshara told me that it has to be within 24 hours right after I booked the ticket. So, what is the point I'm buying the insurance? This is actually cheating and stealing money from customers. I requested the representative to speak to her supervisor, but she did not let me speak to her supervisor.

They were helpful during a family emergency. We also reached other travel agencies and they couldn't help us. At Oojo I got a great deal despite that fact that I had to leave on a short notice. Wonderful help with last minute flights.

I bougth a ticket ID booking PQ6DG from Oojo travél on november 17. They never sent me the ticket Asunción New York Asuncion. They promised to refund my Payment in my Bank account. Until today nothing happen. It's a Fraude. I have more than 50 emails from them.

I was looking for a ticket to Dubai that is less than 30 days away and on the Emirates website it was well over $1000 and Oojo gave me a price that was $300 less than what the Emirates website was offering.
I was also able to purchase insurance for the ticket in case of an issue and the price was still less than the Emirates website.
I will be using this app for more flight purchases.

I read everyone's review and still decided to take a chance… booked our flight to Italy and then it got weird with the payment verification and emails going to junk mail and the random calls at 2am to confirm my name spelling (they are in Philippines and I'm in USA). Took numerous calls to confirm my name spelling even though it is a simple everyday name. Eventually they realized that I used a (.) after my middle initial. After that was resolved, I finally got our tickets and verified with the airline. Saved money but the process was difficult. I wouldn't recommend them if you know you might need to cancel or change flights, but if you are set on your dates, go for it. LEaving this review for others who are uncertain like me and I am a real person… not paid for review.
