It's my first time booking a flight with any third party site and so was very stressed but the price was very attractive so went ahead and called and was guided very well by Kalan who put me at ease and helped me book the ticket online. I didn't like that they could not do it for us. But guess in a way it's good that we don't have to give our card details to anyone. Immediately after I booked I got my e ticket in a min and I checked the ticket with booking details on the airline site and it was there. Was able to put my meal details and was at ease. Thank you for the easy process
I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Oojo.com in case others have faced the same issue. I booked business class tickets they advertised for $5,063.88, which was significantly lower than other competitors. The price seemed like a great deal, so I completed the booking and my credit card was charged. However, instead of issuing the tickets, they later sent me an updated "optimized travel plan" quoting a much higher price (around $7,400). When I asked for the tickets at the original price, they claimed that the price had increased because the seats were no longer available. What's shocking is that even after telling me the lower price was unavailable, they continued to display the fake price on their website for days, misleading other potential customers. This bait-and-switch practice is unacceptable and feels incredibly dishonest.
Everything went as it should. I'm very impressed. I will definitely use these guys again.

Booking was very straight forward, confirmation and the e-ticket received with 3 minutes. Able to manage the booking (select seats, meals etc). On the airline website immediately.

I had to change my ticket to Iran and postpone it about two months due to a surgery I had to do. Your representative helped me a lot to select another date. He was patient, helpful and very knowledgable. I changed my ticket from September to November with a reasonable additional payment.

Just before booking a Turkish Airlines ticket through Oojo, I hesitated, wondering about seat choice on a couple of very long legs. I called the customer service number, and a very knowledgeable man answered all my questions satisfactorily. My only suggestion would be for Oojo to have a pop-up box during its reservation algorithm about seating, since I'm sure I'm not the only customer doubting at the last minute if I'll have any control over my seating choices. Other sites force you into picking seat after expensive seat, but it's also unnerving not to have any information about post-ticket seating freedom before completing the purchase.

2nd time booked through Oojo. The ticket price is slightly below than the airline's own booking site or other prime travel sites. It's not a price-trap though. The ticket was booked and PNR issued at the price being quoted. The catch is that the seats are not assigned at the time of booking. Depending on the airline policy, you may be able to confirm seats for free after you receive the PNR or Airline's booking confirmation. Overall I am happy with my experience.
