Openart.ai double billed my cc in Aug 2023. While attempting to resolve the issue,
Which they denied, I was billed again in Sept, without resolution on the previous matter.

I always bill month to month when testing out a service and they claim the system
Auto billed me again in Sept. (lie no. #1). So,I cancelled my CC on Visa's advice. Days later after the Sept
Billing, my card was pinged again for yet another double billing for Sept, (but obviously denied) as the
CC was cancelled.

(lie no. #2) Her response to this second attempt at a double billing was "the system auto billed you again"
My response, "your system just billed me a few days ago for the month" ((No response))

The subscription and CC page has been mysteriously removed from the site so one cannot manage any details. I received no response to this question.

Communicating with this person by e-mail from the start were delay tactics, even though I sent my CC statement to them showing the charges, they were not interested in resolving the matter

Love the site but CC fraud is occurring!
